Donovan did a great job getting my wife and I on a family plan at a great price with two used iPhones along with glass protectors and case covers. He’s a hard worker, knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend him and hope he’s a reflection of the entire staff at this Muddy Branch location.

I can’t speak too much about the customer service because when I go to this location their doors have been locked. I’ve been to this location a couple of times when I got off work ( 3:30-3:45 p.m.) and the sign on the doors says open but their doors are locked. I’m not sure how a customer is supposed to get any type of service when no one can enter the store. I guess if the owner at this location is ok with paying their staff for not working then they think it’s ok. I’m sure I wouldn’t have to worry about Verizon having their doors locked.
