Went there today looking for help with my phone my phone stated sos when I woke up today and hours later. As I arrived to the store looking for help the guy didn’t tried to help me at all stated that there maybe an outage or payment problem which I paid already and today which is not my payment date. I contacted boost mobile asking if there was a local outage or payment problem going and they stated none of that was going on. I went back to the store due to this is my only way I can call customer service to get the advance technical support and he stated no he can’t and was not able to help me. The dude was lazy didn’t want to go beyond and help me get my phone turn back on. Stated something that was not true at all to call support just to help me out was the biggest issue no help.

Apparently when the staff doesn't know how to answer a question over the phone they hang up on you. I had a simple question and she just said nothing and hung up. The woman I was speaking to is name Molly.
