I reached out multiple times about a basic refrigeration system repair (not a refrigerator, a refrigeration system) and provided photographs. I never received a response back from Dave, the owner. I understand times are busy for companies but I am always shocked at the lack of basic business and customer service acumen. It's sad.

I would highly recommend Bethesda Refrigeration. This is the second furnace/AC replacement they have done for me, the first was on my rental unit, this one on my home. They have earned my trust. Dave gave me a very good price, got me the appropriate equipment, did the job in one day, were efficient and did excellent work. It is rare to find someone like this you can fully trust and rely on.

I've only encountered this business when an employee was driving on the road. I was getting in a turning lane, noticed the truck and did not proceed. Nevertheless, I suppose the employee was angry so he rolled down his window, "yelled f*ck you" and put up his middle finger. He wasn't cut off, I didnt yell at him. I guess he had a bad day? Unprofessional. Bad for business. This encounter was about 1 year old. I postponed my review for my own safety

I'm going to give you the "short" version of the work BRS did for me. After my AC conked out, they were the first to respond. Among other things, they discovered that my unit had been improperly wired. They patched it up so it would run until they could come out the following week for extensive work -- rewiring, freon leak check and repair, and a new thermostat. Turns out I needed neither the thermostat (and they didn't press it) nor the leak check. I'm not expert enough to evaluate competence nor do I use HVAC services enough to compare costs, but Dave clearly knows what he's doing and clearly didn't push me to do more than was needed. Much appreciated!

I have used Bethesda refrigeration over the last 20 year. I found them able to resolve my heating and air condition.problems,. They were very responsive And traveled to Centreville ,Va . I have no problems and used then to provide Service to rental properties s and install a new system in my home.

I called Bethesda Refrigeration Service because their sticker was on the CAC unit in my condo. They came out twice to check it out, when it wasn't working, but in neither visit could they adequately diagnose what was wrong with the unit and why it hasn't been cooling the unit. They offered to replace the blower motor for $600, even though they said it was working fine. I checked on angies list, and a number of other customers were complaining about recent service. They charged me $250 for not doing anything, and my CAC still isn't working.

Replaced my AC/Furnace with a new 16 seer AC/ 97 Efficiency furnace. Did a great job, all in 1 day. My bills are lower and my home is more comfortable. They are a little pricey, I paid 12k for it, but overall am satisfied and would highly reccomend them to others

Dave came out to take a look at our leaking forced air furnace and he was fantastic. He even gave advice on a few other house issues we've been having. He was a really nice guy and just really helpful.
