I’ve gone to basils a few times since I moved here and every time the experience varies. Last evening I DoorDashed some items for me and my GF. While the food was good, I feel like the customer service needs work. We ordered about $30 worth of food and there was no tipping option available as I normally see on most restaurant pickups. I tried explaining to the lady upfront that the DoorDash delivery currently gives no option for tipping at the restaurant. She didn’t want to hear it, saying ”No, You already placed order.” I then tried explaining again that your store currently has no tipping option enabled and you probably have to adjust that. Again, she wrote me off, handed me our food and as I was walking out the door, condescendingly said “Have fun.”I completely understand wanting to be tipped for $30 worth of food but when I offered to give her a tip through another means, she didn’t want it. So yes, I will say the food is quality but you will get some lip from the managers if you try to correct them on how their Store on DoorDash currently does not enable customers to tip.

The pizza is delicious and I love the flavor,the service is great and I'm excited to try the extended menu. The wings were also really good and the onion rings are amazing.

Don't order at this place! i ordered the grilled chicken pasta and it had hair in it. also it was old and stuck the tray ehh. they even forgot my freeging drink.

We ordered 3 x-large pizza and 20 wings. First we waited almost 2 hours for delivery. Which we didn't mind because usually the pizza is beautiful and hot and fresh. But on this occasion my pizza came 2 hours late and my 3 pizzas looked like they had been through a war. They were smashed and looked poorly boxed. So either the driver was careless or the store sent me 3 messy pizzas.

I would like to start off and say I was even able to order food, when I'm trying to talk to the lady on the phone her customer service is horrible. She had an attitude while talking and trying and I'm asking her questions trying to explain what the food is and how much it cost and the quantity because I've heard so many good things about this place for my friends and family but now I would not be sending nobody there because of this type of customer service.

Ordered takeout and everything was served hot. Wings were good but salty. Good price and good size. Poppers were good and mozzarella sticks were hard, almost under cooked. The cheese inside was hard. It wasn’t soft and melted. Salad was good, nice and fresh with was great.

My sister tried to order through Uber Eats delivery. I ended up having to go pick it up. Food ended up not even worth it. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
