Our home renovation company used Barrons for our windows. Unfortunately, the windows (4 out of 6) were damaged (scratched glass and glass seals). We waited several months for replacements. This time, 1 of the 4 was damaged. When Barrons installed this damaged window, he damaged the window frame of the adjacent window. He even broke the outside outlet cover while using a power tool. I would NOT recommend using Barrons for any windows or installations.

What kind of company lays off an entire store one week before Christmas without giving employees any sort of notice. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

You can clearly see there is a divide, with sales reps at front of the store being favored, and the people who work in the back being treated wrong. I came to simply buy one little item because it was nearby. Girl at cash register was overwhelmed by herself, and the guys working in the yard had hard, unhappy looks on their faces. I don't blame any of the employees, I blame the company. Another American business running their business shamefully, and that is definitely the American way of things, and yes I am one. Seeing things like this is appalling. Treat your workers better and give them more pay and they might actually be proud to work for you.

I'd also cannot reach the Gburg store by phone or text. With the price of gas nowadays, I can't afford to go on parts-hunting road trips the way I used to do. So, calling ahead is my only option, or else order from some online shop.

1) customer service much better than tw perry2) selection and quality of materials is great3) good prices4) carry festool5) reasonable delivery time and price, and good handling of materialsI mostly order or buy materials for framing and finish work. So much easier, and better, than tw perry. And if you are a diy type, MUCH better than HD, lowes.

I've worked with Jose Martinez on two kitchen renovations, one in DC and one in Maryland. He worked within my budget and always advised me on choices that would bring value to my projects. He was always friendly and followed up regularly to let me know about new information or delivery updates. He also was patient with the changes I made to the plans and I walked away feeling really happy with the layout each time. He provided excellent customer service and I recommend Jose if my friends are looking for someone to help with their kitchen renovation.

Dishonest advertising and horrible customer service! The sales rep at Barrons Lumber sold us a product using invalid samples. She literally mailed us samples that were no longer representative of the actual cabinets. We complained after receiving the cabinets, so the rep sent a technician about 2 months later to re-stain them. Unfortunately, the technician decided that he was unable to successfully re-stain the cabinets, so we contacted the sales rep again to request a partial refund. The sales rep connected us to a manager. While on the phone, the manager chided us for his technician's incompetency, and suggested that he could have personally re-stained the cabinets for us. This was absurd, as it was his sales rep who'd contracted and sent the technician to us! We have continued to request a refund, and the manager has yet to respond. For context, we ordered the cabinets in July 2021, they were delivered (in part) in Dec 2021, and currently in mid/late Mar 2022 we are still awaiting for the issue to be resolved. Total nightmare.
