Walked in today to pick up a Graduation gift.
Young lady helped me find a book, she was great! then I went to check out. Old asian lady working the register was just rude no hello or thank you like she gave the customers before me. I was very respectful from the beginning. Sucks that it seems she only wants to be pleasant to white people…oh well

This store specializes in books. Good atmosphere. I just wish there was an area to sit besides the built-in Starbucks.

Terrible customer service and hostile environment. Employees are incredibly racist as I was even accused of stealing when I was just browsing for books.

Like to leave a complaint about the Starbucks barista here for all to see. I did not go to the Mananager about it simply because she does not acknowledged us and
I just think that is not inviting of her for me to approach her. But I want to say this, I cannot purchase anything in your coffee shop even though it is convenient for me to do so simply due to the service I get from the Caucasian blond bartender. He yells at me,
Short when he talks to people, and he is so obnoxious to the people with disabilities I work with. I am completely understanding if he is on the spectrum as well. I detour to target to get a coffee I stead of
Buying here. First time we came, he made a scene when one person touch a plastic at the register and tossed everything in the trash aggressively. Every time I come there , mostly once a week, he throws a look at me and said “wait” there I am not ready. Then he rudely say. Your drink will be ready at the end of the counter, not the front register. Please I don’t want to be addressed and treated like that if I come in your business. I buy books here, and I just need a small cup of Joe to start my week. Is this possible? I can always remove this location from my stops all together. Thanks! This men I want all please be forewarned he is very rude. Also a hint of RACIST attitude since he does it to mostly dark skin customers
