Bad service even with appointments they make you wait more than an hour, they have no customer service, they treat you as if you were asking for a personal favor.

Stood in line for nearly 30mins with 2 disabled children to see a banker. No one ever acknowledged our presence. Only to overhear that bankers are by appt only.I’m literally standing on the ramp to the bankers without so much as “hello”.

First impression: location is great and clean inside. However, very busy! If you are I. A rush, highly not recommended. 2.5 hour wait to talk to a bank special and 20 mins wait in line just to do a withdrawal.

I got one of the best BOFA representatives at this place, her name was Antonietta! She helped me with my case in 10 minutes while the phone reps took over 2 hours and couldn’t help me, she was professional and friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend this branch because of her. I really hope you reads this review and I will not forget to give her a good review when the email comes.

This is COVID -19 pandemic time , people having hard time to pick up and withdraw money in all banks , I withdraw money from capital one and came in to Bank of America this location to deposit that money I was in line on sun shine hot day to deposit money but unfortunately the Scurity came to and says we are not taking anymore customers today , that is not acceptable, that is their problem they not letting customers to go inside at a time customers have to line up outside of bank ,in sunny hot day and if the line is long then being dishonored and says we can’t take anymore customers today that is a shame ,
