not helpful at all, provided several numbers to the wrong places. Need to get more knowledgeable people so they can assist better. other locations bank of america banks dont give you issues.

Bad service even with appointments they make you wait more than an hour, they have no customer service, they treat you as if you were asking for a personal favor.

This location never picked up their phone. I can never get through the phone with them.
