I came for an arm to hold the phone in the car and I asked a tattoo guy what the prices were for the most comfortable one and he responded in such a rude manner telling me: look for it there, the service provided in the car is not recommended. I came to get my car battery checked and the manager Yosely was very professional. She also offered to check my alternator and starter with the same diagnostic tool she used for my battery. Very professional, thank you Yosely!

During the morning I picked up my car battery. When I went in the workers there aren’t nice or greeting. When one of the workers that handed me my battery he put it on the floor and not on the counter. Knowing how heavy it was and forgot to give me my receipt. The customer service isn’t good here.

Marquinn was so helpful and nice and knowledgeable with helping replace my old dead battery and putting the new one in. Definitely coming back to see him with any car part needs for my 2005 Lexus next time it needs something. Thanks marquinn for great customer service!

Worsts experience ever:I called once before going to this place to check if they sell AND install batteries for Honda Accord, they said yes, which was expected.I reached and called once again from the parking lot to verify the same, I didn't want to turn off my car before they confirm. They said yes. I went in and they said they don't want to touch Honda vehicles, so they can't install the battery.I was stuck there as I need to jump start my car, this is Friday evening. I asked them if they have a jump starter and help me out. They made me purchase one, which didn't work. They were not accepting me returning the item, but they did at the end. They were just ignoring my ask for help. In the end, I asked a random person who had a pickup truck who helped me jumpstart my car. All of this took 40-45 min, and it had already started raining. This had happened to me for the first time that I had to jumpstart my car. And they were not helpful even a bit! Just acting rude the whole time!Worst experience ever! I went to Advance auto parts and they were totally opposite, they helped me out from start to end and got me going on the road! Never go to this AutoZone!

I came to this location twice in one week, and I found it customer service to be very very excellent. These guys understand how difficult it is for a woman to approach mechanics and automotive parts. The idea alone can sometimes be intimidating. However, there's a guy by the name of Anthony that was extremely helpful. He has a lot of tattoos. He shouldn't be fearful of it because he generally has a great heart and will answer your questions and concerns, he deserves to have a raise if his manager is reading this because he had exceptional service even to the surrounding men that approached him and if I were the brand owner or an undercover boss, he's the type of person that would want working on my team, so I hope that he gets the credibility that he needs in 2023 and that he keeps up the great work I was visiting from out of town as well, and he was willing to go above and beyond with customer service and it wasn't about luxe. It was about being professional and he had that.
