Great customer service! My car had a run in with a pole in a parking garage in DC. I was a walk in, expecting to have to make an appointment, but the store manager, Abdi Barre, took my car in right away and fixed the damage within an hour at a price that was very reasonable! I will definitely use them for all my autobody needs!

Sharon & Eric at Autobody Dimensions were helpful, kept me informed as my repair progressed and went above & beyond in their efforts to complete the job. In addition, they touched up scratches on the body of the car with left-over paint.

Would not recommend. If your car leaves off the repair lot with new problems they will pretend not to be able to replicate the problem and deny responsibility. Took it to Mazda who easily replicated the new problem and was told others have had their car damaged here too. Do your research before entrusting your vehicle to a shop.

You rarely want to take your car to a body shop, but if you must, I recommend this place. They've been around 20+ years, they're straight shooters, and they do quality work.

Autobody has exceeded my expectations by at least a "country mile." Originally the repair was not to be completed until the end of the month but when I explained we needed to take a road trip and the rental car wasn't what my wife was comfortable with, Autobody heard my need and responded with professional speed. Glad to say we're on our way and very happy to have what looks to be a brand new SUV to travel in familiar comfort in. Thanks, Autobody!

Brought my 2014 Jeep in the shop and Sharon greeted me with complete professionalism. Sharon introduced me Eric my "service advisor" and Eric handle everything with complete professionalism and they delivered the car a day early! I would recommend Autobody Dimensions to anyone! Rude staff. Lady on the phone was rude and completely turned me off to getting services with this location. I was ready to try you guys out and give you my business, but after speaking with your front desk I don't think I ever will. Good luck conducting business when you have her on the phones dissuading potential customers.

Incredibly rude. I called here to ask for availability on if I could bring my car in. My initial question was to ask if Autobody Dimensions had available times for me to drop my car off for the initial estimate. Before I could even finish my sentence the lady on the phone immediately interrupted me to condescendingly explain how their services worked before I could even get my question out about availability. After listening to her talk about something I had no intent on even getting information on, I had to repeat my full question and asked if they have availability next week. She again condescendingly said "I can schedule you on TUESDAY. We're CLOSED MONDAY." First off I didn't even ask if I could bring it on Monday? If she had even listened to my full question without interrupting me the entire conversation, she wouldn't need to waste my damn time on the phone with these condescending remarks. I told her nevermind and hung up. I'm sure you guys do great work, but you just lost out on a customer. Never recommending your guys to anyone I know. Horrendous customer service.
