“They did an amazing job repairing the front axle on my vehicle after I hit a curb badly. Was afraid to take it anywhere other than a dealership because my car was brand new. Received my vehicle in top tier shape and air park ensured my insurance didn’t cut corners and all parts used for the repair were brand new. Alex was absolutely GREAT to work with very responsive and kept me in the loop the entire way. “This shop gave me the best experience Ive ever had with an auto body center. The staff are super kind and accommodating. I had dent damage from a hailstorm and they fixed it quickly while also polishing and cleaning the inside and outside. My car looks a million times better than when I initially dropped it off. I’m coming back to them to get my belt molding fixed as well. They will be my first call for all my future work. Highly recommend!!”
“I went to Han’s to get my rear bumper fixed after a small collision. They were quick with providing a detailed estimate, upfront, and honest throughout the entire process. I received multiple emails with images of my car before, during, and after the work was complete, and it was done in only 2.5 days. As someone who commutes to work anywhere from 100-200 miles a day and drives a mustang, it was important to me that my car’s color match be perfect and that the work be done in a timely fashion. They did not just that, but went above and beyond to fix some other scuffs and minor body work issues around my car out of courtesy. Thank you Julio, Bryan, Mr. Han, and everyone else who helped! “Had new tires installed a couple weeks ago and already found a nail. I purchased the tire protection package when I had them installed so I went back To Bay Area Tire and they took my vehicle in to the shop and fixed it immediately. This was late Friday afternoon on the Friday before Christmas. Couldn't ask for friendlier or nicer people. Highest recommendation that I can give!”

Not only did they perform the tune-up and oil change efficiently, but they also recharged my air conditioner, which made a noticeable difference in my driving comfort. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They vacuumed the floors of my car, leaving it cleaner than when I brought it in. This level of care and consideration is rare to find.

They brought my car back right away and got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time given that I needed my front brakes replaced and an oil change. “The Lube Center was recommended to me by a friend. I went today for an oil change. Jay was my technician. He was very kind and informative. He told me what to expect this time and what services are included in-between oil changes. I didn't feel like I was being up-charged and there was no pressure.
Izzy got my checked in and she was very accommodating to my knee injury and crutches. I never had to get out of my car and she was kind enough to pop my hood for me.

“I came to Master Tech because my car had some electrical issues that I had been avoiding getting fixed for over a year. My main concern was that the place I took it to would overcharge me and not do a quality job worth the price. I can tell you that was not a problem at Master Tech. They diagnosed my car thoroughly but swiftly and were able to find the problem within an hour. Luis gave me a clear description on what needed to be fixed and he gave me options on how to proceed. Never did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of or anything like that. They were able to take care of the problem for me in no time! I greatly appreciate their expertise and attention given to the issues my car had. Not only that, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it! If you need any type of vehicle maintenance but specifically electrical work, look no further. I will be coming back if need be and recommending them to everyone! Luis in particular was very helpful and answered all questions I had patiently. All in all, everyone was kind.”
“I was attending my grandson’s lacrosse tournament and when we left on Sunday around 1:00 pm to drive home to NC, imy car overheated and blew out the radiator. We got AAA and he suggested we take the car to Billy’s repair shop. We arrived at 4:10 pm and Executive was closed. An adjoining company called Billy and he said he would come back to see what he could do. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a new radiator and would fix it first thing in the morning. He even offered to drive us to our hotel. Next day we were on our way back to NC. Billy is a super nice person and his shop does A1 service. I cannot recommend him enough.

“Aries is a very knowledgeable mechanic especially with BMWs also the rest of the staff that work there. His prices are very fair. He updates you about the status of you car in a reasonable amount of time. He is also very efficient. I've brought in my 435i multiple times and usually the work takes less than 2 days so you aren't without your car for very long. I highly recommend getting your bmw serviced at this shop.”

“If you have an Audi and live in the Rockville/Gaithersburg/Germantown area I definitely recommend taking your car here. They are so transparent and do not recommend unnecessary repairs. Their costs seem to run about half the cost of the big Audi dealership in the area. They've earned my trust and I will always take my car there. Brakes, for instance, were quoted at less than half the dealer cost. I saved more than half on the 60k service for my A3. Plus they're just really nice people. I've had so many cars and dealt with so many mechanics. They are at the top of the list for prices and customer relations. In other words they don't try to take advantage of people. They do excellent work at very fair prices.”
