This review is long overdue! I was referred to this place by my car guy, who swears by their body work. I had a small accident with a runaway garbage bin that scratched and dented up the side of my car. So I made an appointment, and brought my car into Auto Collision Craftsman. At first, I had some trouble finding the location by GPS, and unfortunately, I had to call several times (with no answer and I left a few voicemails), hoping to get directions. I was so discouraged that I actually went to another facility to have my car repaired. As soon as I pulled into the other place, something told me to try one more time to find Auto Collision Craftsman, and Im so glad that I did. Thanks to trusty yelp, I pulled up their location on the map, and realized I kind of knew that area, and was eventually able to find the place by sight. Upon arrival, there was not much space to park, and like most body shops, they were located in business park filled with a bunch of cars and dusty trucks. However, their work definitely speaks for itself. My car was ready in a few days, and it looked fantastic. Their office is small and modest, but tidy with air conditioning. Customer service was fantastic, and Ms. Donna, who handles the paperwork, was so personable and attentive. My insurance company covered the cost of the repairs, so I can't directly speak to the affordability, but my car guy advised me that if I decided not to go with my insurance coverage (pay out of pocket), Auto Collision Craftsmen would not rob me in cost because they give honest and fair pricing. Overall, I highly recommend this place, but beware, their location is in the cut and your gps will fail you.

There are many auto body shops and collision repair shops in the area. In the airpark alone at least 4 or 5. The only one where you get personal service is Auto Collision Craftsman. I know it because I used to go to others in the area until I discovered Ernie and Donna. You have the owners running the shop, working on your car and taking a personal interest in what you need or want done. Everything is upfront and you will have a perfect job every time. I won't use anyone else. You won't either once you go there.

I had heard good things about Auto Collision CraftsmenI so I decided to see for myself. I was in a hit-and-run and got my front end messed up. They were great. They walked me through the process with my insurance company. Donna was wonderful in explain things to me and caring more about me than her own work. Ernie her husband is the consummate professional giving my car back to me in far better shape than it has ever been before. I wouldn't hesitate to see them again and use their services. They are honest hard-working folks who deserve all the business they can get

I cannot say enough about this place. Family owned, professional, and repairs on time that are at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them and you will be happy with their work. They fixed my bumper and also a knick on the door.......it looks brand new again.

My daughters were both involved in fender benders that necessitated me bringing in two cars. I have to tell you that ACC did an outstanding job! They showed me how to get my cars repaired for less by me getting parts from a salvage yard (Crazy Ray's in Mount Airy) and then they do all the assembly and painting. It worked out so well. The paint job and repair they did to both cars was excellent and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended!
