So I see some mix reviews from previous write up. It did concern me but Santos was recommended by our concrete delivery guy. I asked him if we could trust the Santo and he immediately had nothing but good to said regarding there services since he using him too. So our company truck is older medium duty dump truck. After taking it to our go to mechanic in Rockville several time regarding cooling blowing out the overflow tank. We were advise that the engine had severe problems. They told us it be roughly 30 K for engine replacement, which I thought that seem fair considering it's diesel engine. We met up with Santo, he suggested a entire engine rebuilt. He completed rebuild on time. Which I didn't even think he could still get parts for such old vehicle. We received truck back several days ago and have being using right away. Our truck has never ever ran these good. Run like new. When you specialize in concrete replacements and install, it's become impossible to be without a dump truck. Service we received is the type that no longer available in these days. They arrange for truck to be pick up and brought to there shop. We were too busy to pick it up when it was done so they deliver it back to us. I notice immediately how clean the truck was inside. The last time I used it I know for sure I had mud through out the floor from my muddy boots. Our fuel gauge had never work so we had to always dip our tanks to figure out how much fuel we had and at time run out of fuel from not checking. Santos replace the level sensor and now it works. We in concrete business so the truck inside does get dirty. It' nice to received first class services for a change. We highly recommend this guy. Thank Santos for doing a stand up job. Keep up the good works.

I went here for the Maryland state inspection after moving here from another state. I arrived 15 minutes later than the appointment time, but the receptionist was super understanding and told the mechanic to take the look at my car. 20-30 minutes after and my car passed inspection with no hassle. Fair pricing too. It costs me $89 for the inspection, which was within the expected price range. Very honest customer service. I initially booked an appointment for the tags and title there as well but the lady told me I would probably benefit more for just going straight to MVA, because I would have to pay more and wait more for the paperwork to go through to MVA, which probably would end up taking more time. Ended up waiting for my appointment with MVA and didn't waste service fee. Will definitely recommend this place to other friends in this area.

I brought my car after another dishonest mechanic tried to tell me I needed $2K done before my car would pass inspection. My experience with Amir was GREAT. My car passed no problem. Took a little less than an hour. Honest. Thorough. Highly recommended.

Poor service. Think twice before you consider going here. I was told it would take two weeks to repair my car, I got six weeks of excuses and no repair. Was told that I would get constant updates, I had to regularly call to find out what was (or wasn't) happening. Paid 33% of the price for 0% of the repairs completed (actually less, they didn't even fully put the car back together) and told that we were even when I asked to be reimbursed outside of labor/diagnostic fees. I got ripped off but if my experience means you don't get ripped off from them as well then this post is worth the effort.

Awesome experience With Amir. He took great care of my car he is very detailed. Also I had my tags and title done here so easy. No hassle no MVA with Lorraine who's amazing and was so nice.

They're fast and they're fair - I went to get an inspection done and they were very honest about the conditions of the car and what I needed to do to stay on the road. I got some minor repairs done also. I would highly recommend this place.

Some of the best customer service I've had in some time. I called with a complicated issue regarding expired out-of-state tags, but the need for a safety inspection in Maryland. Lorraine very patiently helped me figure out how I should address the issue. Given my expired tags, they picked up and returned the vehicle to my residence for a very reasonable charge. I will certainly be calling them first if I have future car issues!

I will never take my car anywhere else! My car failed inspection at Auto Clinic Care in Rockville because of an oil leak; which is not a criteria for failure. I took it to Fausto at Inspection Plus and he took the time to help me contact the state trooper and have the inspection overturned so that I could pass. He made no profit off of me and only helped me! I only wish that I had gone to Inspection Plus the first time! I would have saved ALOT of time and energy! They can even issue new plates and stickers right in the office! Saves you a trip to the MVA! I am new to the state and will drive the extra 30 minutes to get here for all of my car's maintenance needs! These are honest, trustworthy people and this is hard to find around here!

Went here to get a state inspection. I called before hand to check to make sure they were available and to check the price on inspections. I gave them the make and model of my vehicle and they gave me a quote. After driving there, filling out the paper, and waiting for ten minutes, they informed me they could not perform an inspection on my Tesla. Very unhappy I wasted time and miles driving here for no reason. They knew what type of car I had, they should know what types of cars they can inspect.
