In a bad situation Authorized towing made the situation so much smoother than expected. She was friendly and 24 hour access not to mention the price was way lower than I thought it would be.

I would also give 0 stars if I could. Authorized Parking Management towed my car from my apartment's garage--one that I pay for. My parking sticker was on the dashboard, but I guess that doesn't matter. I brought cash because I read the reviews on here before going. The only way I could achieve exact change is having $4 in quarters, which they unapologetically refused to accept. I asked them for change for a $20, but they claimed not to have any. I had to walk 15 minutes to a store to exchange my quarters for bills. In addition to these ridiculous happenings, when I got home I noticed that the information about my odometer on my receipt was incorrect. This is a fraud of a business and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I hope everyone else reviewing on here does the same.

Be careful, my credit card information was stolen after it was used to get the car out of the lot. Use cash to pay it off.

They are thieves, thieves, thieves .they tried to order food with my credit card, but thank God my bank declined their orders..so my advice for everyone, please take cash with you when you pick up your car.

This company use to be Authorized Towing. I’ve been in a 3 year lawsuit and won a judgment for damaging my vehicle. They refuse to pay and even wrote a fake check. Brooke Chambers claimed to be the owner then said she wasn’t. The “real” owner won’t return any calls or pay the damages to my vehicle.Service: Car towing

Staff is very unprofessional and lack quality customer service. The establishment is poorly managed and will quickly make you catch a case from dealing with uneducated, unethical and untrained people.

***STOLE CARD INFO*** My father got his car towed so we went to go retrieve it. He paid using in credit card, which he barely uses, and got his card info stolen to buy food from grubhub totaling almost $400! USE CASH!!!! The lady working that night was very nice but after this happening and reading reviews of the same thing all things point to this. Very frustrating.Service: Car towing

I needed a rental car because mine was in the shop. I parked the rental in my reserved space they towed me and zi had to pay &150But. When someone is parked in my reserved spot that I pay for they do not respond. And they do not even have a place on their Online Parking resident portal to register a rental.Service: Car towing

There is a lady at this towning company who stole my credit card information to buy food at Panera bread. After paying for my car she later use my information for her personal use. Becareful dealing with them.

They refuse to answer the phone to charge for extra days and when you do reach them they quote a cost then add $200 when you arrive to pick the car up. They also refuse to respond to concerns and issues with damage to vehicles.
