“I am such a NFCU fan, I couldn't resist reviewing. Although I don't need to go into the branch often, due to the miracle of online banking, every time I go inside this location I have a great experience. I've gotten a new debit card here before as well as a couple cashier's checks. Every experience has been quick, efficient, and friendly. The employee's are personable and eager to strike up conversation while they are working on what you need. The branch is very clean and organized, nothing has ever appeared in disarray. Also, there's little to no wait even at lunch time! Coming from a bank manager at a competitor, they blow me away every time!”

“I just started using this branch of Capital One Bank in the Darnestown / Quince Orchard area of Gaithersdurg, Maryland. After an initial meeting with Kathren Soussi - Tanani, the bank's Branch Manager, I decided to leave CitiBank and become a new member of Capital One. I was mainly looking for a higher level of service with less fees. Kathren saw me quickly, answered all of my questions and provided outstanding customer service that went above and beyond any service I've ever experienced in the banking industry. And ... My new checking account was absolutely FREE. Since enrolling with Kathren, I've always always recieved fast and thorough service within the branch and I LOVE the Capital One app which allows me to deposit checks using my smartphone camera. Kathren is very knowledgeable and seems to take great pride in giving customers a pleasant experience. She actually helped me load the app on my phone and gave me a demo after I signed up. No need to go anywhere else. 5 Stars!! Highest recommendation!! - Christopher James”

“A new ATM by local credit union in the convenient location on a small plaza between Aldi supermarket and Advance Auto Parts store. It's basically a street location so it's nice to see that SECU made an effort to beautify the installation. Also the keypad is almost horizontal so it's much harder to onlookers to see your pin code entry.Unfortunately the location is a problem at the same time. I was told by employees of the next door Advance Auto Parts store that they are forbidden to leave the store (to help customers) after the dusk. That tells you about the safety of the location.”
