Very impressed with this business. Our plan to cover our stairs with vinyl planks matching our floor proved to be problematic given the condition of the stairs. The owner came out with his engineer and provided us with 2 options. We elected to have them replace the 1950s era steps with oak, then stain the stairs to match the floor. The work got done within the week and is of excellent quality. The installer offered us the opportunity to view test stains and select the one we liked best. The previous stairs, covered with nasty old carpet, connected two nice parts of our home. The new stairs look amazing and have changed the way we feel walking through our home. Reasonable price and money well spent. Highly recommend.

Atlas Floors did a marvelous job in refurbishing and restaining a large section of the hardwood floors in our home in McLean. Virginia. The quality and professionalism of their team was outstandng.

Atlas refinished our hardwood floors and the quality and service were excellent. The floors look brand new after they were done. The staff did an excellent job moving our heavy furniture and carpets as well. Almost no dust after they were done. I highly recommend Atlas.

Kurt helped us out replacing our office flooring. Prices are very fair, excellent customer service, super responsive, and the installers were really careful and did a great job! The turn around time from when we made our initial call to flooring installed was less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend these guys! I've used them in my home also to install hardwood floors. They do great work

We purchased a new house from Pat Keating who contracted with Atlas Floors to install our wood floors. From the first week of installation, the floors buckled. We were told by the owner of Atlas Floors that after a few months, they would go back to normal. That never happened. It is now four years later. We have contacted Atlas Floors numerous times, and we are told that the floors were cured correctly But they gave no reason as to why the floors would have buckled. It has been a very frustrating process. We have wood floors throughout our house and every day I am reminded of the shoddy workmanship and poor customer relations from Atlas Floors. Pat Keating took no responsibility for rectifying the issue. I would never use their services again and I would suggest that all others using their services beware.Service: Wood floor installation

I finally decided to have my hardwood floors refinished. I had heard of Atlas Floors for many years because I would see their vans in my neighborhood, then my friend recommended them. I was able to get an estimate and pricing within 2 days. I had to go out of town for a few days and they were able to start on a Saturday. The salesman gave me updates while I was away. Atlas did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. They are professional, experienced and a great family business ti work with.Services: Sanding

The team ensured that we were getting exactly what we wanted. Great communication, very responsive and professional. We had ceramic flooring removed and replaced with hardwood flooring in the kitchen. They were extremely careful with our appliances and covered everything. This was the most unpleasant, unorganized, unprofessional and disrespectful company I’ve ever did business with in my 34 years on earth. The first picture is the 1st floor of our home & the second picture is the first. They clearly don’t match. Instead and sampling the floor in the first to match out second floor they just went full steam and did the floor without letting us know the stain would be different. We have met with mgmt over 10 times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They are swindlers and made no effort to correct their mistake.
