Our company recently needed some new apparel and I’m so glad I found Athletic House to help with this project. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly fellow named Greg. He helped me understand everything I needed to know about the materials, process, pricing, etc. Greg allowed me to try on some different shirts to get a feel for their fit and sizing. It was a matter of 7 days before I had new company polos with a nice logo printed on the chest. 5 stars for Athletic House!

I placed an order as part of our son's basketball team spirit wear jn November, 1 of the sweatshirts I paid for did not arrive with the teams order. After calling to see why , I was told it was a misprint and they would ship it right out to my home, now 2 months later I still have no sweatshirt and getting in touch with anyone from the company is basically impossible. I have emailed multiple times and when I do get someone on the phone I am told it will be shipped , but still I never received it. Terrible customer service!

Joe Smolinske is basically a rock star. He is always responsive in a short period of time and has answers to all of my questions. And Athletic House is the best in the business. Competitive pricing, high quality items with great graphics, and quick delivery. I'm a customer for life.

I am an existing customer through the school system, I have ordered shirts through this company previously. It seems they no longer want our business as I can't even get them to respond to numerous emails in an attempt to order more T-shirts. If they didn't want our business, just say so instead of ignoring the customer.

Horrible experience with this company. My child was on field hockey team for the Fall season, I ordered 4 items of team merch and only received 2 items. Season is now over and I no longer need these items. I’ve emailed more than once requesting to cancel the remaining 2 items and asking for a refund. NO RESPONSE. This order was placed at the end of August 2022, it is now almost Thanksgiving and I have yet to receive the remaining 2 items OR a refund for those items. Please do not do business with this company, they will take your money and not deliver the goods. Smdh

I ordered a shirt never arrived when I went in and ask about it they said it was out of stock and never got ordered but they never contacted me to give me a refund or to tell me it was out of stock I had to go in a month later to find out for my self I hope our youth sport organization never used these people again
