I had a very good experience with this company. Mr. Solomon was responsive, professional, and his fees were very reasonable. Not only was he able to get my PC working again, he also was able to save the data on the hard drive. I will definitely use his services again!
Update 6/14/2024: I don't know what happened, but he stopped responding a few years ago, so I had to find another computer company.

If the rating scale would have 10 points, I would give Moses 11 stars. The hard disk of my computer crashed. Within a few hours after bringing it to Moses, he provided a clear diagnostic and estimate of time/cost it would take to fix the problem. 24 hours later, it was all done at a very reasonable price. The last time I had a similar experience, it took the technician (at another company) over 2 weeks to deliver his work and a terribly expensive bill. In summary, Moses offers Integrity + Excellent/User-Friendly Service + Very Reasonable Price.
