Friendly staff and tons of gifts for teachers, caregivers, hostesses, moms, and new babies. Tons of jewelry, serveware, fancy barware, clothing and bags. They offer the best gift wrapping too. I always find something.

it's amazing how many new items you'll discover on each visit. I've found rare bookends, MOVA Globes, vases, frames..you name it. On a recent visit, Bonnie, Frances and Lauren each helped me with different item selections, and everyone works together (+ free gift wrapping). Best thing about going here is you'll always find something, unexpectedly, that feels like it was put there just for you. Once you've found this place, your only regret will be not having found it sooner. Great experience!

I used to frequent this location often enough that they recognized me as I entered the door. Always so friendly, warm, and inviting. I purchased items for myself, friends, and gift cards for others.Today, my daughter’s Girl Scout troop was outside their store. A fellow friend (Caucasian) walked out of the store and mentioned to us there was a free bag included with a purchase to the first 25 customers.We went in minutes after. An employee noticed my daughter and I looking at bracelets, she opened the display case so we could see and touch the merchandised and left us unsupervised. That’s the trusting and friendly service that I was accustomed to.All was fine until I got to the register. Hmmmm, apparently not free to everyone as I (Asian-American) made a purchase. No other sales were made when I was in the store (slow day). A dark haired person behind the counter asked if I wanted a bag with my purchase. I looked a little puzzled, so she continued saying, “we charge 5 cents a bag.” Maybe my item was on sale and that didn’t apply? Just got a bad vibe overall from her. I’m not one to normally feel this, but for some reason today, she left me with a bad feeling. I came out with my purchase. A fellow Girl Scout mom asked, “Where’s your free bag?”

They have such a wide array of gifts especially at this time of year. I was looking for something unique for our family gift exchange and I found just the perfect gift. The staff is extremely helpful and they wrap your gift for you.

My girlfriend told me how she went in last week(she works in the shopping center at a near by Doctors office) and she was wearing her normal clothes this specific day and instead of saying hello and asking if she needed help not one single person greeted her instead the tall lady with short brown hair starts following her around and doesn't even say a word to her. My girlfriends is Hispanic with a dark skin tone. Her office shops there frequently so we're really disappointed of how Artisans treats those of color. Get it together… -1 stars

Need a baby gift, hostess gift or a unique gift? Artisans is one of my go to shops for unique and fun gifts. They also have a large selection of Vera Bradley and Scout bags etc. Whenever I’m looking for someone that is hard to buy for, I can find something here! The staff is SUPER helpful with gift ideas as well. The best part is they will WRAP your gift beautifully for you!
