The tech (I won't use names) didn't allow my nails to soak long enough and ended up scraping the old polish off so hard that my nails were destroyed. Then, she sanded them to apply the base coat, further thinning them. She didn't seal the tips and then filed them AFTER finishing the manicure to shape them, so any seal was gone. I didn't think twice because she said they use LED lamps, so I thought it was a different technique and trusted her expertise. Predictably, my nails chipped within 3 DAYS, and by day 5, all but 3 were badly chipped--and I don't do any dishes or housework, and have been getting my gel nails for years at various other salons and have never had this happen. I finally got in to have them redone, and the next manicure was better but still chipped before the 2 week mark, which tells me LED curing might be part of the problem..?? Very sad, because they are close to home and I like to support small businesses but there's no way I'm going back. My nails are so destroyed now that I have to take a break from gel manicures to let them grow back to their normal health. Hopefully, they can figure out how to avoid doing this to other customers.

The women in this salon are absolute angels. My mother has a rare form of dementia that makes it hard for her to speak. They took us in last moment and we're so kind and gentle with my mom. This is probably the last time she will get to have spa day so I can't express my gratitude to this salon for making her day special. She used to come here in the past and the ladies remembered her and made her feel so welcome.

Don’t waste your money!!!! Awful! Uneven nails, bubbles, and seem to have not dried. They look like I painted them with whiteout. They also don’t clean around the nail.

I wish I could vote 0 star for bad service with OVERPRICE charge. The salon was too loud and noisy. Here is NOT SUITABLE for who loves relaxing after work. All old staffs with very poor nails skills and nothing special. My gel nails CHIPPED after 2 days. My cuticles got BLEEDING and NOT POLISHED WELL. STAY AWAY HERE GUYS.

I walked in with my wife, said hello and no response, only to to be awkwardly staired at. Not sure what was going on that day but we usely present in a very friendly manner, therefore I'm not sure why we weren't received well.

I love this place! My mother, sister, and I have been going for about 9 years now. I always wait until I come home for the holidays to get my nails done by them! Shoutout to Kimmy for putting up with my indecisive self :)

At first I thought I will put a bad review but I was please how Lana accomodate me and my daughter with her nail even if its been 2 weeks but she still handle the situation very well.2weeks ago my daughter went here with her friend but she is not happy with her nails. When we came in today Lana removed it and offer to gave her another manicure for free.Asoon as we told her that my daughter wanted to removed it she's so pleasant no question ask or attitude at all.When she's doing it even she's not the one who did it she still friendly and happy to make her customers happy.Good business attitude I will be back here but ofcourse will request for Lana! ?Service: Dip powder
