Came in with a pretty niche product need that the local Home Depot did not have in stock. Without skipping a beat, John walked right over to the shelf, pulled down a box and handed me the EXACT part. I recently made multiple trips to this location while trying to match a difficult paint, and during this struggle, Tim L. from the paint department went out of his way to match my paint by looking at the samples I brought in and the pictures on my phone. At one point he even said, "I want to help you get this right". Being from Atlanta, I have been going to Home Depot all my life, and this was by far the best costumer service interaction I have ever had at this company. “This is my regular go-to for jobs around the house and is pretty much like any other Home Depot except for two things: 1. There are plenty of employees around, but most aren't of much help finding things or answering questions and 2. While they have a good selection and stock of standard fasteners, their metric and specialty fasteners are a hot mess. I would suggest you go to an Ace Hardware if you need metric fasteners.”
