Andy was great to work with and was amazing to have in our corner as my girlfriend and I searched for our first home. We were so lucky to have him! Tina Growhowski at RE/MAX Realty Group has been my real estate agent for years! She has always been thorough and patient throughout the entire buying and selling process. Whenever I had questions about part of the process, Tina explained in detail what I needed and educated me on the latest Maryland real estate laws and trends. I felt very comfortable placing my needs in Tina's capable hands and not having to worry that everything would be taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Vanda from Andy's team was very diligent in finding a home for my family. As everyone knows the housing market was chaotic during Covid but she was able to find us our forever home that our entire family is happy with. She was always very willing to look at properties to give us advice on our schedules and not just on hers.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience as first-time home buyers with Andy Werner and his team.Over a span of 6 months, we saw 30 properties with Andy's team. We mostly worked with Bryan Taylor, who was absolutely amazing! We also went to showings with Tina, Vanda, and Andy himself. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.The whole team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and they even hosted a community event at an ice cream parlor where we got to meet and talk with everyone.I highly recommend Andy and his amazing team and would definitely work with them again!

Andy Werner is an outstanding real estate agent. He is extremely generous with his time and always supportive of and attentive to his client’s needs. Andy emailed new listings to me daily and took the time to show a large number of homes to me in the area where I chose to live, not all over the county. He took the time to write numerous contracts for me during the time when houses were selling in several days and for more than asking price. He never tried to persuade me to make an offer on a home or influence my decision, just to sell a home. He was very patient and professional. In the end, he negotiated a contract for me on the perfect home and ran interference when the seller turned out to be Godzilla. I would highly recommend Andy to everyone, especially someone who is looking for an honest and trustworthy real estate agent. My son utilized Andy’s services in February to purchase his first home. Once again, Andy was there to help my son through the entire buying experience and put his “first time” buyer fears to rest.
