I had a pretty bad experience here — the technician I had was horrible, which is a shame because it seems like the other nail technicians are pretty good.
First off, my appointment for a gel pedicure was at 6pm. I wasn’t seen until 6:40pm. Granted, I was sat in a chair and was dunking my feet in the water.
Second, I always get the gel color “Funny Bunny”. Always. I know how the color looks on my toes. The color the woman used was called Funny Bunny, but it looked translucent despite the 3 coats she put on. She kept telling me that my toe nails were the problem. Really? My toe nails are the problem? I get a pedicure every 3 weeks and this doesn’t happen except with you. This can only mean two things — the polish is old/something is wrong with the polish OR the woman doesn’t know what she’s doing.
Lastly, I left the place close to 8pm. I know this because I got a call around that time. 1.5 hours for a gel pedicure??? Mind you, I got there exactly at 6pm. I spent 2 hours there… for a gel pedicure.
I would never go back here again.
Personally, I feel bad writing a negative review and bagging on fellow hard working Asians. But come on… do better!!!

Van took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails and was relaxed. The lady that did my feet was also very patient and sweet. Definitely recommend!
Requested style: I requested an ombré style and a few different colors. They were very accommodating and happy to create the look I wanted ?

Requested style: French Dip manicure with rounded nails to look natural, I had several broken nails, you wouldn't know it when finished ?
Cleanliness: Very clean salon, pleasing esthetics

I think the employees here are incredibly nice for the most part, and they give one of the best pedicures (possibly the best of all time) I've ever received in my life. Their prices are also incredibly fair. However, I've started to realize that every time I've gotten gel nails here, they chip. I don't work with my hands, I don't type with my nails, I wear gloves while cooking and cleaning, I take good care of my nails. They use good quality nail polish, so I'm guessing their base gel polish is not good quality and/or is incompatible with the actual gel polish they use. I'm starting to feel frustrated because I genuinely like coming here, and I don't think this is due to their technique. But what's the point of good gel manicure pricing if the results don't last 2 weeks? Sometimes they don't even last a week for me. I've never had this problem anywhere else. I think I might have to start going elsewhere for my hands, but still continue to visit Allure for my pedicures.

Allure Nail Spa was clean and hygienic. I was welcomed as I walked in the door. I got the $30 Allure Manicure and I added on a collagen treatment for another $5. I was very well taken care of and happy with this service. Other customers in salon seemed satisfied. This was a nice experience. My first visit to this salon as I had a medical appt down the street, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I had to switch up my nail place. You know when it's time to move along because you are not happy with your nails service anymore?! So, I made an appt. here thinking it was a different location I use to go to. It ended up worked out well for me because I really liked how my nails turned out! I had an appt with Kim and I will be returning when it's time for my refill. The location was clean with lots and lots of nail colors to choose from. They also take appts. on Sundays so that is a plus.

Nancy was so nice professional and had amazing attention to detail. The place was so accommodating on a last minute appointment. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 and ask for Nancy as she is amazing!

Today I got a manicure and pedicure from here on a whim because I was in the area. Although I have nothing negative to say about the actual service since the person who did them was extremely nice and accommodating, it was the products they used or lack of. I get my nails done pretty often for 5 years now so I am some what familiar on what to expect, it all started at the beginning of my appointment when they had to wrap my nails, I always usually get dip or SNS so it's normal for them to have to file down and wrap my nails in acetone in order to soak off my old set. However, at this place they ended up really filing down my nails a lot which ended up causing a burning/stinging sensation on all my nail cause it got way too hot from the drill from all the filing they had to do, which I have never really experienced at any other nail shop I have been too. When it came down to wrap my nails it all made sense because they used the bare minimum of cotton and acetone to cover my nails which didn't make sense until we moved on to my pedicure. We then went over to start my pedicure, which I rarely get unless I really want to treat myself but I could not even enjoy it here. The water they first gave me was freezing cold and when I took my feet out and told them it was too cold, they tried to adjust it but it still felt like the same temperature. When prepping my toes, I think they put on a scrub for my legs but it seemed like it was sooooo diluted with water that there wasn't even any kind of exfoliation part of the scrub anymore, it just felt like cold water mixed with lotion at that point. At this point I just felt like there was no need to use any product because it already felt like they weren't using anything to begin with. The price of everything was also pretty much how much I have to pay at most salons so the fact that they were this stingy on products just left a bad impression in my eyes in my opinion or maybe they were also just having a bad night, I'm not sure. But I would just be a little cautious if you were interested in trying this place because the people here are incredibly nice and friendly, but if you wanted to come to get pampered then I don't think this is the place for you.

great place will go back again.. I had tea, and everyone was wonderful and polite . I don't put polish due to religion. clean feet ?
