This flower shop is very low end their customer service is pathetic and the flower arrangements are lower than mediocre! I did some investigating after the fact and discovered this company is doing business with a virtual office address. Which leads me to believe they’re processing orders from home. Which wouldn’t be an issue but for the fact they have such a poor sense of quality customer satisfaction. I don’t usually go as far as posting a review, I understand things from a small business perspective but I’m incredibly disappointed in the service and quality of this company. The reason small businesses do so poorly is not always because of their company standards but more because of their poor judgement of hiring inadequate management. Extremely Disappointing!

This is company is complete TRASH! Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and they didn’t even have enough decency to call me before hand to say they couldn’t be delivered. Instead they waited until the day of and canceled.

Unfortunately, I was not too happy with Agape's flowers. They showed up about 30 minutes before my wife was leaving work. I wanted to surprise her while she was at work placed my order at 8:30am and they didn't show up until 4:15. The flowers were dry and overall the quality of the flowers were mediocre. I don't give second chances, so better luck next time Agape.

Sorry to say but I was extremely dissatisfied with my order.... I paid for the Red Rose Premium Package ($109) and there nothing extra about it.... I also wrote a Note and they Simply printed it on a peice of paper and attached it to the flowers which is really Unprofessional. There should of been a Nice Small Card with the custom printed message. The items received were not so Elegant. I wouldn't recommend ordering from these guy they upsell the product but under deliver Quality.

I just got these YESTERDAY!!! They got here late, NO ONE knocked and they were left on my doorstep in the cold. Only 3 of the Sunflowers look like they were doing well upon arrival and today they look worse. I sprayed them with water and made sure they had plenty of sunlight today and it doesn't look like they'll make it thru the weekend. I hope my husband didn't spend too much cause this is terrible... Sunflowers are my favorite ?
