Worst experience!Came on Saturday to buy rear pad and REAR ROTORS! Employee gave me rear pads and an INCORRECT ROTORS!came back yesterday to change for the correct ones and the employee who was helping me said “ oh my god! She always do that! “Then she gave me the correct rotors and she said you have to pay the difference and I was like it wasn’t my fault let me speak to your manager. She said okay general manager is here. Then General Manager came with a terrible attitude! I explain to her what happened and she said okay you need to paid the difference and I said no because it wasn’t my fault and the she said okay so and going to give you your money back!worst experienceWorst customer service!Worst general manager!Need to speak with district manager!

They ordered a part for me and said it would be in the following day. They charge me in advance for this. The part did not come in the following day. They said that they would call me when the part came in. I asked for an ETA. They would not give me an ETA. So I asked them to refund my money. They said that they would not. So I called another store of theirs and they told me that the money could not be refunded. Even though I had a receipt. And the part that I was looking for has never been in stock. So they lied to me about that and they would never return my money for the part. And I called corporate headquarters and got nothing but answering machine and endless referrals to other departments from their answering machine. A total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I found the part in stock at AutoZone the same day. Try them instead. Good customer service and friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Good experience getting a new car battery.Gabriel W. helped me today with selecting the right battery and installing it. It took maybe 10-15 minutes. Walked me through the steps so I was able to learn how to change it. It’s a lot easier than I thought, and saved a lot of time compared to bringing it into the shop and waiting hours for them to get to it. I needed this battery ASAP since my car was barely holding a charge (say a month at the body shop for repairs) and needed to get to work same day.It was lightly raining too so I appreciate him still coming out to get it done.

I visited this store on October 11th, 2022 around 6 or 7pm seeking headlights for my car and everyone on staff that day was very helpful. I called and spoke to a woman who was very helpful via phone. When I arrived I met with Vick (I believe his name was) and he was very helpful in helping me understand how the headlights would need to be installed. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely recommend going to this store for your automobile needs.

I recently came in to get a new replacement headlight. I am not the most car-savvy and after getting the headlight i needed I asked the person at the counter if she could double-check for me if it was the correct one for my car. she did and then told me I was wrong and went to grab a different one. I am now home and trying to change my headlight so I can travel to see family for Thanksgiving and it is absolutely the wrong one. I don’t have a receipt so I won’t even attempt a refund. Waste of my time.

I came in to Advance Auto Parts today to find something that has been hard to find. The employee that helped me, Tasha, was very customer service oriented. We found what I was looking for and then found some more items and I left with exactly what I needed. Great service!

My go-to shop nearby for basic automotive needs or a tool when in a pinch. The speedperks program is actually worth it and saves me a solid amount. Staff here are also helpful and friendly. Wouldn't recommend for specialty or higher-end parts.
