Unprofessional and unresponsive. Not the kind of local agent I would trust or want to work with should I have an issue with my home or car. His staff did not submit my home owner's insurance to my lender in time which became an issue. This is despite giving his office a month's notice of the transition. Had to cancel the Statefarm policy less than a week after initiating it and switched to another company.The first phone conversation I had with Mr. Abbey was equally frustrating. When he called, he never introduced himself as "My name is XX, I'm calling from Statefarm." He just started talking as if I was supposed to know who he is and had a male chauvinist tone when talking to me.On top of that, they have not responded to my request for an update on my premium payment refund. Terrible experience.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. We have been State Farm customers for decades and since working with this agent, have only had negative experiences. I have contacted his office about a number of issues (workers comp for a nanny, charges about our own insurance, etc.) and he either doesn't respond or it takes multiple email pings, reaching out, etc. The only thing I want from an insurance agent is responsiveness, since the likelihood of actually needing more than that is low. This guy doesn't respond - don't use him!

I cannot say enough good things about Abbey Olusanya and his Team. They are beyond AMAZING. Not only are they all extremely knowledgeable about their product, they truly care about their clients. You can feel their authenticity through the phone. I could not have asked for a better agent than Abbey or a better State Farm, or any other agency. I am now a lifetime client! Truly amazing I am not able to write my auto here just yet because I have too many accidents on my record but Yenisel went above and beyond to make sure that she puts me in for a follow up when they fall off. I called 4 different agencies in Gaithersburg and no one went the extra mile like she did. I will definitely be bringing my auto here as soon as I can.
