Time is an issue. As a walk in I was told that I could receive services in 45 minutes. I waited over 1.5 hours.

Love A&B nail spa! It’s always a customized experience where each of the team members take their time with you - never feel rushed. They are gentle with me and my daughter and it’s always an atmosphere where we feel welcome! Folks know your name and greet you by it when you walk in or call, it goes a long way. Always love my nails! Sarah is a guru with natural nails that are healthy and stay!

Great work, great customer service. They helped my daughter when another salon messed up her full set. Nina fixed them, and they looked great. Been going back ever since.

Sadly, I've been here 3x now and it's impossible to leave without my nails sharp as hell after asking for smooth edges. This last time, my nails were rounded more which completely changed the shape and when trying to fix it, I left with sharp edges once again. Will not be returning.

I had a plane to catch and needed to be in and out within an hour. They did SO well and gave me exactly what I asked for even before the exact time I needed to leave. I’ve been dedicated for them for some time and haven’t found any other place that has such dedicated customer service like them. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I have to rate this nail spa poorly. I had a 4 pm appointment today that I made in advance. I rearranged my schedule to be there on time and I was. Unfortunately, they were unable to put me with a nail tech until 4:47 pm. I am understanding of a 15 minute grace period but this was far too long to wait when I already made an appointment in advance. While they did a good job and worked quickly once I was seen, it was not a pleasant experience when I was not told at the forefront that they were running so behind. I would’ve left then and there instead of waiting. Honor your appointment times or do not accept appointments in advance.
