My experience with A3 since we started our company in 2020 has been wonderful! Steven has a wonderful team, who is always available and has their customers best interest in mind. Ana is wonderful and we really enjoy working with her as well. They are great with explaining the way things and are always patient and willing to take the extra time to make sure we understand what’s going on. As a new business, the world of insurance was very daunting and unknown. Thanks to A3, we have been able to focus on running our business rather than stressing over the unknowns. My father has also been with A3 for several years and has had nothing but good things to say. Thank you to A3!!!!!

Life saving! I made one call and Steven was able to get me licensed and bonded for my new construction company. Steven was professional and answered all the questions I had in a reasonable time. The prices and the options provided suited my needs and met the standard I needed. I will most definitely recommend A3 Insurance.

Steven Rubinstein is the best! I spent 4 hours last Friday calling around to get insurance quotes and got the run around and no responses and just a head ace. 1 call to Steven and I had insurance in less than 1 hour. Simply the BEST! I greatly appreciate you helping me & our company!!!

Amazing insurance broker! Steven is the most honest and caring insurance agent I have found in all DMV area. He answered all my questions, gave me several options, got the best price, and he and his team are always available when I call the office. He and his staff are a pleasure to work with! Most sneaky and horrible agent to work with ! Do yourself a favor and go with somebody else . A month after signing with him I found way better pricing on auto & general liability . This individual refused to refund the money that I paid him , so I had to chase him to his office that he keeps “ locked “ at all times so I had to hide in the staircase so I can get him when he’s walking into his office had to report a complaint and call authorities … this guy a classy crook ! Be aware !

I had a great experience with Mr. Rubenstein. I needed insurance for a new business enterprise. I had not engaged in this process before, and Mr. Rubenstein walked me through steps, was responsive, patient and helped me in ways I needed. Even further, it was busy time, around a holiday and with COVID happening, and Mr. Rubenstein took time out to get back to me, follow-up and get things set up -- service a step above and beyond what is the norm, in my experiences.

We had a very good experience at the beginning. Then, when calling to ask if my renewals were still the best deal I could get for my various business insurances I was treated like I was wasting their time. In the end, they did not make me aware that I qualified for significantly cheaper coverage for workman's comp that could have saved me SUBSTANTIALLY. Why am I paying a broker than? I have since moved on.

I have a long true story , but all I can tell you that this agent , broker , or company has cost me thousands of dollars because of not being honest .
Anyone wants to know the story , I have all the evidences , time log , proof
you may dont know but you have m any other choices . so stay away from this place and agents.
