Check your receipt before you leave they scammed me and charged me 3 times for a iced coffee that I only got one of and I also bought a two pack cookie which on the wrapper it says 2 cookies for $1 when I went back the lady said it was $1 per cookie instead of $1 per packet like the wrapper said if I could do 0 stars I would I recommend just going to a different 7/11 if possible

The cashier is feeling unwell... he is very old, he looked like he was going to be an infant... he didn't even deserve to be there... then the young man didn't help him, he was sad.

I am extremely surprised that this 7/11 has any 5 star reviews or even a review that is above one star. This 7/11 is absolutely horrible. For example today ( July 11th/ 7/11) you are supposed to get a free slushie since the date is 7/11. I was pretty happy since slushies are my favorite. I live pretty close to the Kentland so obviously I came here for the free slushie. However, when I arrived they said they were rebooting the slushie machine, and to come back in 30 ish minutes. I said ok and left and I was about to come back but then I thought i should call to ask if the slushie machine was working. However, when I called they said they were rebooting the slushie machine once again and they said I should come in 30 minutes. I really wanted this slushie so I called again in one hour so I thought surely the slushie machine would be done " rebooting ". However, once again they said they were rebooting the slushie machine and to come in the store in 30 minutes. After that I knew that there was no chance for me getting a slushie. So I called again about 3 hours after as a joke to see if there slushie machine was still " rebooting ". When I called they once again said that the slushie machine was not working and then I asked why this was and they did not give me a response. However, this happened last year as well at the same location. Last year I went to their store and they said the slushie machine was not working. I called last year multiple times and they said the slushie machine was not working. Last year I was pretty damn annoyed so I called the next morning and they said the slushie machine was working which I find a crazy coincidence. I am going to call tomorrow morning if somehow they " rebooted " their slushie machine. However, this is just sad and pretty bad since their are many kids that wake up and are happy that they can get a free slushie and then find out that the slushie machine is not working. This is just sad.

I was just at this store and bought a cappuccino, charged for it, and I noticed the coffee had no coffee. So they cashier told me to go and get another one. The machine had no coffee beans, I told the cashier that was just starting to work. He said the machine was not working, so I told them to put a sign saying it and to give me my money back. The guy that just started working told me not to speak to him with an attitude which just escalated the situation . Anyway, I come to this store every day to get a coffee before going to work, hardly come on sundays. This guy told me how he knows if I paid for it or not, everyone seen me paying for it and told me to show him my bank account to see if I paid for it, I have no problem with that (but hello my bank account is personal), all the situation escalated because I was ignored about refunding me the money. It was so easy just to go and check the machine and refill it with coffee beans and stop being lazy. I come here everyday and I’m very friendly with everyone when is about my money I don’t play games. I work very hard for my money. The guy even kicked me out of the store when I noticed I was not going to be refunded and I got pretty upset. Besides this guy the rest of the staff is very friendly, this guy was just beyond with his attitude.

I came with an infant in a toddler to get gas for my car and it was a lot to take them out of the car so they could be safe. One of the attendance was nice enough to take my cash inside so that I wouldn’t have to do a million steps just to get gas. Thanks so much! You don’t know how much you guys made my trip so much easier.

Agree/w previous poster. The lotto vending machine took my money and never dispensed my tickets. Clerk was rude and refused to open machine to see what problem was. He had a smirk on his face, that tells all.

I was treated terribly by an employee named Allok!!! I was chatting with another employee while getting my scratch offs. I moved out of the way and scratched 3 of my tickets. Allok looks up and tells me do that back there. He didn't say Ma'am, would you please scratch your tickets in the back of the store near the lottery machine.

Excellent night crew. Hard working, always stocking, can hold a small conversation. Day time is more busy and I think all the negative reviews are when it is very busy during the day. People just not patient anymore and I can relate as well, daytime experience is a bit time consuming at times.

These guys are jerks. I ordered the tacos (cooked), chicken (cooked), and asked for a cheese pizza to be cooked. all the j*** who answered the phone did was argue. The 7-11 on Key West has no problems cooking the pizza, but the Kentlands 7-11 refused. Never again will I buy anything from them...
