There is one worker on the night shift with whom I always have problems. One night I had to wait for him to finish his call before he would take my order.And today I used my points to get a discount, well, he took the order and cancelled it which made me lose them and then took the order again.

The upmost pathetic excuse of customer service. The overnight shift worker with some patches In his head, needs either more training how to talk to people. You accused me of being a solicitor and then basically called me stupid. Then want to call the cops on a state employee for telling you, it's not what you say but how you say it. I'm calling HQ in the morning.

Nasty guy is working night shift. Yeld at me for asking why did he cut me off, then called police on me and accused me of creating a trouble every time, just for the record I have been there 5 or 6 month ago and service was always good. They need to fire him.Horrible. If u want a good service, come day time.Will be calling corporates . Plus I want him to get charged for calling the police for nothing

Super sketchy 7-11. Never feel safe while coming here and the place is always dirty. Rude customer service but not shocked because the CVS is just as terrible.

First, I came there looking forward to my favorite half hot coco half coffee drink, but they were completely out of every option on the hot coco machine. I asked an employee if they could refill it, but he only looked up from his phone while sitting on a stoop to say they don't have any... I find it hard to believe they are completely out of every single option. Either being lazy or completely out of stock, this is a poorly ran store with poor customer service.Second, there's one Latin man who watched me, and watched my children's hands. He also has a poor attitude. I'm a decent looking person so I'm not sure why else were treated this way. Maybe our skin color? Idk, but I wont pay them treat me badly again.

10/29/22 Well this seems to be a busy area in The Shady Grove Center. This 7 Eleven is getting all kinds of people who are hungry for something. Since I had already grabbed a drink at The Dallor Plus Store, I just wanted to see what this 7 Eleven looked like inside. The place was being restocked with goods. A manager or associate was wiping down an area that had gotten messy. A line was forming full of customers and the place looked clean and organized. The floors looked like it had been cleaned for a long time. The store looks new; but I feel this place has been around for a while now. Either this or the store got a makeover. Looking around a the hotdogs, I thought to myself "not to long ago, getting these hotdogs wasn't so easy because of The Coronavirus Outbreak. Two year ago vs 2022 here and now. Year, scary times when there was no vaccine to aquire. I need to get my fourth shot, but I digress. I will be back to get something at this store next week.

I just went to this 7-11 to get coffee as i almost always do in the morning. They were out of the cup sleeves that protect your hand from the heat of the cup so i double cupped to protect the hands. The rude lady at the counter said i had to pay for two cups. I explained that they were out of cup sleeves which is why i had two cups doubled up and she said she doesnt care you have to pay for two cups. I told her to keep the coffee then and went right up the street about 100 ft to wow deli and their coffee is amazing! Skip this 7-11. They got issues.

I visit this location multiple times a day. The owner is really nice, so I've never complained about the roaches scurrying around during the day, I just never get the food.I checked out with with mobile checkout like usual, my bank app notified me that the payment was successful, and I went to scan the QR code at the door. It flashed red and declined.Even though I showed the cashier the in-app receipt and the successful transaction on my bank account, he made me pay a second time at the counter, and since I had just used my "7th cup free" through the mobile app, I had to pay full price for everything.yes, it's only $4, but seriously? Any time this happened in the past, the owner would just wave me on ahead because he knows me by now, but this cashier just didn't care.

will NEVER recommend this one to anyone. Grossly overcharging for the price displayed on the package. Double billed, and lack of training for employe (to adjust the bill). Always double check before you swipe you card friends.

The employee there couldn't count my change correctly and gave me the wrong food item. I asked for a "Taco and Cheese Taquito" and was given something else fill with a bunch of what I assume was white colored cheese.If you work at a store as a cashier you should know how to count change correctly. Wasted $1.58 here because I was given the wrong item and was never told they were out of what I wanted.Definitely not coming back here again.
