I love their lattes. Whenever I see one, I stop in. When I lived in Germantown, MD, a latte would be my reward for walking at least 2 miles. They have great "on the road snacks."

This 7-11 is one of the most customer-oriented local businesses I’ve patronized in a very long time. The proprietors are friendly, helpful, and make me feel like family. They do a great job of keeping the items stocked, and the deli items are always fresh. I fully recommend this location.

The employees are nice. But they allow all of these beggars to stand out front of their store. Begging for cigarettes and dollar bills. It’s every single time I come to the store and I come almost every night. It is really old. Do something about it, please. I see security every now and then walk by but they look like they’re too scared to say something to them.

One of the young men who looks of Indian-descent made a distasteful and racist comment in his language, Hindi, in response my boyfriends name. Unknowing that I am also Indian and speak and understand Hindi, he pointed to the screen when my boyfriends name popped up after scanning his 7-11 rewards card, called his coworker over and said in Hindi “look at this guys name” and laughed, and it had obvious racist connotations and intentions. I called him out and he denied it several times as he realized he was caught and immediately embarrassed. This is inexcusable & needs to be corrected.

Very nice front staff. I needed to use the bathroom and I asked them and was ushered very kindly to use their staff bathroom. The man who did so was truly a gentleman, and I’m grateful to meet good people in this world.

This location has changed the rules on one of their promotions offered via the 7-Eleven app. Specifically on the discount of $1.70 off two packs of cigarettes.The promotion is only applied to two packs in one transaction so in order to receive the offer on additional packs, you need to do a new transaction. This hasn’t been a problem until recently when I was told there was a bug in the system that was allowing more than one transaction, but the offer was limited to 2 packs only, once per day. Instead of letting me do three transactions, as I had been doing, he made an “exception” and allowed me to do two transactions, using the offer two times.There was a sign in the store showing the promotion but nothing about a daily limit, so I called customer service for 7-Eleven and was told there was no limit on the offer or number of transactions per day. When I went back and let them know what I was advised, I was told they didn’t want to pay the merchant fees on more than one transaction, and they made zero profit on cigarettes.This wasn't a calm discussion when one of the guys working there stopped what he was doing and walked over to me on the customer side and became very aggressive, in body language and tone.I understand these are franchises and the owners can run their business as they please but if they are using the 7-Eleven name, I would think they should be required to be consistent with the offers and promotions the 7-Eleven brand has, especially with their app.On a personal note, I've been coming to this location regularly since 1995 and the women that work there are very nice. So nice that over the years I enjoy coming in and seeing them.Unfortunately, my last interaction included the owner and even though he wasn't the one being aggressive and at first didn't have a problem with my doing more than one transaction, he only made the problem worse by refusing to allow me to have more than one transaction and did nothing to deescalate or calm the other worker.I wanted to add to this review because what I was told by this store seems wrong on all accounts, including the discount only applying to 2 packs at a time. I just went to another 7-Eleven, and they rang up more than the two packs and using the app gave me the discount on all of them. I don't know whether it's this store's internal system or they aren't knowledgeable on the app offers but there wasn't a need to ring up separate transactions in the first place.The bonus was the other store was bigger, cleaner, and the staff very nice! Not having anyone beg for money as I walk in/out or follow me to my car is another bonus
