Every time I go to this 7-11, I Can’t Even Get Out The Car Or Use The ATM (without folks standing in front of it begging). You would think you were in DC or Baltimore. It’s very uncomfortable I don’t recommend coming here to withdraw money.

I was just here tonight and the lady cashier was so rude to everyone in line, and then she pretended that my card didn't work because she didn't want to sell me the items (I think she was being racist) and she made me buy extra stuff that I didn't want just to prove that my card worked which it did. It took around half an hour for a 3 minute sale. I wish I could talk to a higher manager about it. I spend alot of money at this 711. (Thursday, December 7th, 2023) ( around 11 p.m)

Had the door locked I place a order online he never open the door customers was outside waiting this store is 24 hours so mad I had to cancel my order he said it open at 4am it’s was 2:30am but 7 eleven is never locked

Cashier did not understand or speak English. Price of item she stated contradicted price displayed. Don't plan to return to this Seven Eleven.

Customers can be rude here, but some of the staff can also be very rude. Some items are marked a certain price and then they tell you the price has changed and you get no receipt. My level of distrust is with a certain member of the staff. Other staff members will say hello.. If I see that problematic staff member at the 7-11, and he is the only one there, I will leave.

I wish I could put a 0. Our EBT card number was stolen here and it is a disrgrace that the store employees and management did nothing about it. They were the ones who stole our information and sold it to someone in GA. SHAME ON YOU

Terrible customer service & people skills!!!Worst 7 Eleven ever!I bought 6 - 1L 7S pure waters and a 6 pack of Red Bulls and associate (AZEB) watch me struggle to get all of them to the counter. She charged then didnt give me my receipt then still looked at me like i was stupid and gave me a attitude to go and leave. I looked at her and said may i please have some bags and told her that i dont mind paying gor them but i wasnt even offered bags nor did she complete her sale... From the beggining to the end she had a very bad attitude and look very bothered as if she did not want to be at work or was unhappy at work. I felt so uncomfortable and made her aware after she gabe me a very bad attitude when i asked for my receipts please. Then the other associate tried yelling at me and came at me in a very hostile way trying yo justify the other employee's terrible customer service!I am a very great and loyal customer of 7 eleven and i cant beleive that i was treated so wrong and DEFINATELY disrupted my day today...* * * T E R R I B L E S T O R E * * *
