“Dr. Cujdik is beyond amazing! My French bulldog had an infected tail pocket from a corkscrew tail. The corkscrew tail needed to be removed immediately and Dr. Cujdik is the only vet that I trust to put my dog under anesthesia, especially with being a frenchie and with a serious surgery like this. Dr. Cujdik and his coworkers including Ryan and Paras were incredible to work with! Dr. Cujdik, Ryan and Paras made Nino so comfortable during each visit, answered all of my questions, and made the process super smooth! They are so kind and truly love animals!

My pup, Nino, is scared of everything and they all have a very loving and calming personality that Nino quickly warmed up to! Dr. Cujdik walked me through all the details of the procedure, pre and post surgery care, and answered all of my million questions with so much kindness and compassion! Dr. Cujdik checked in on Nino many times and I know he truly cared how Nino was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Cujdik and Fulton Animal hospital to everyone! I truly can’t put into words what a wonderful vet he is! Dr. Cujdik and his team went above and beyond for our pup and all of his clients!”

“We have been going to College Park Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They have reliably treated our 3 dogs and now our cat. They are responsive and excellent diagnosticians. Our dogs made it to 15 years old each and I would expect our cat to live longer. Great staff.”

“Dr. Steere is an absolutely fantastic vet for our lab and cat. She goes above and beyond in her care of our pet family. She has guided us on our allergy treatment of our lab through multiple treatment options. Dr. Steere clearly relays the pros and cons of every medical decision she makes to us.
It is also very evident that she loves what she does and our pets love her back! My wife and I joke that we wish Dr. Steere was our medical doctor due to the patient care she exhibits.”

“Big shout-out to the Highland Veterinary Hospital team. Today I had to put down my 16 year old dog, and Dr. Gary and his team came all the way out to my house so that he could pass comfortably in a familiar place. They were professional and compassionate throughout the entire process, asking me questions and explaining everything along the way. They handled all paperwork in advance so that I could just be in the moment to say goodbye to my dog. All of our clinic visits have been very pleasant as well, and I never feel like they were pushing unnecessary things on me. Highly recommend!”

While each of the vets we’ve seen at Dunloggin deliver effective, compassionate care - we mainly see Dr. Holland. She’s caring, kind, and deeply experienced. We never feel rushed during visits and Dr. Holland takes time to answer all our questions.

They also worked with us on the finacial side and we were able to get our cat the medications she desperately needed to get back to her healthy, happy self! “They're amazing, they are a smaller clinic but if it hadn't been for them taking my cats X-rays her lungs could've filled with more fluids before we ended up getting them drained at apex ? she ended up having cancer but these doctors will forever be the ones who saved my cat with their advice and care. (I have 12 pets as well so their benefits for customer loyalty is such a big help)”

“Fairland Animal Hospital has taken care of our three rescue adopted Miniature Pinschers since their first visit after adoption. Te staff and veterinarians care about four-legged family members and treat them with love and respect. She had a problem that was last minute and my regular vet could not fit her in for several days despite the fact that I was a long time customer of theirs. Howard County Animal Hospital fit us in easily and then ended up having to do emergency surgery the next day. She initiates contact with his Internal Med Dr. and helps me understand his condition and treatment plan. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and kind.”

“Found these marvelous folks during COVID, with an aging kitty who needed home veterinary care. Best decision ever. Dr Budge and team gave us a few more years with our sweet boy, and improved his quality of life as well, conquering a lifelong ear infection. They now care for our newest fur baby and our local porch stray, and we will continue this partnership for all our future animals. The recent addition of a physical location is icing on the cake.”

“Thank you so much for squeezing Captain Morgan in. Dr. Alcott was great, I really appreciate the time he took with us and explaining things. I will try to keep him from eating stuff from outside which is almost close to impossible. It took a good week and he finished his medication and is back to "normal".

Thanks again to the front desk staff and Patrick was very helpful (as usual) answering my reply texts since I can't always get to my emails.

“I can’t possibly say enough wonderful things about this place! It’s at least a 45 min drive from where we live, but we’ll never go anywhere else. Our dog just had her second surgery there and although we missed her dearly that night, we slept fine knowing she was in the very best hands. They call frequently to give updates (the surgeon even called before and after surgery to tell us how she was doing!!) The rest of the staff is equally amazing and you can call anytime for questions, concerns, or just to see how your pet is doing! Our rescue doggy (Angel) means the world to us, and I promise I wouldn’t write such a long message if they were just mediocre. They are, in fact, the best!”

“I was looking at past reviews and I can see why they had Dr. Shah join the team. It seems to me that their issue was being short staffed. I followed Dr. Shah from his previous place of employment (Glen Burnie Animal Hospital)... I will follow Dr. Shah wherever he goes... Yes, it sucks driving 45 minutes to get to this Vet from my house but soooooooo worth it. Since you don't know anything about me ... I love any animal and I do everything I can to help any animal but my in-home pets are my entire world... I have a kitty who is healthy, built like a horse and is strong as hell... I also have a 14 year old teacup, applehead Chihuahua. She is the reason I am so detailed on this review. I know there are other pet owners similar to me when it comes to their baby and reviews are EVERYTHING. My dog is hand fed piece by piece, carried around in a robe and even gets an umbrella held over her when it rains to drop the big ol rain drops from hitting her little head ... Pray for us because my husband and I are her biggest enablers and she knows we serve her every need and want and takes advantage of it... She has to get her anal glands "expressed/emptied" and you have a Vet expressed/emptied "internally" compared to a place like petco that can empty them by attempting to do it "externally" where they just squeeze each one from the outside of her booty but expressing them externally does not do it correctly. I have seen Dr. Shah once a month for the past 7 years now which is when I first moved here. I would do anything for this dog... I am the pickiest, aggressive, protective owner when it is in regards to anything that concerns my baby girl. She has had 3 teeth removed two times in the past and once was by Dr. Shah but she received a total mouth extraction by a referral directly from Dr. Shah. He didn't want do it due to the high risk with her being 14 years old, how small she is and because of the difficulty there would be to get one particular tooth out. I had never been so scared in my life like I was when she got her total tooth extraction done (occurred on my birthday 08/11/2023) but I had went through with it because of how much I trust and respect Dr. Shah's judgement/opinion. He has never "sugar coated" anything when it comes to my animals. The staff are great at Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital... little expensive but worth it. Highly recommend Dr. Shah for your Veterinarian but I don't have experience with any of the other vets at the location. Regardless, I think people who are reading these the older negative reviews should still give this place a chance because if they can make me happy, anyone should be happy lol.”

“Have been a client of VCA Columbia Animal Hospital at Hickory RIdge for over a year now. Turns out several of my dog training friends also go to Dr. Kelso as their veterinarian. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, listens to all my questions and concerns, and is a wonderful combination of expertise and warmth. I am a retired physician so I have lots of questions. Dr. Kelso is patient and allows me to ask questions of the treatment plan so that we can come to something that we are both comfortable with. Both my rescue mixes compete in various dog sports and Dr. Kelso understands the demands of that, being a competitive handler herself. Completely satisfied and pleased with Dr. Kelso as our primary vet. Saw Dr. Moldenhauer for an emergency allergic reaction visit and she was reassuring and took good care of my dog. The support staff and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.”

“Absolutely top notch veterinary care for kitties. Every aspect of care at Cozy Cats is incredible. The front desk staff are friendly, competent, always take their time to work with you on scheduling, and are clearly animal lovers. The techs are amazing, they take such detailed information about every aspect of your cat's wellbeing, are huge cat lovers, are so sweet to even cats that may not necessarily reciprocate, and clearly love their profession. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, take their time explaining diagnostics and potential diagnoses, don't rush the appointments at all, and spend time getting to know your cat (and give them snuggles). The overall experience here is so much better than other vets I have seen - the cat-only environment is much less stressful, and the obvious love of cats from every person who works there means that they get snuggles, petting, treats, and gentle, careful care at all times. One of my cats required a large dose of sedatives to be seen at my previous vet - she is perfectly fine at Cozy Cats without any medication.I can't recommend this practice highly enough and will absolutely be a lifelong client with my clowder of kitties.”

“I took my newly adopted kitty here for her post adoption wellness exam. The overall experience was wonderful. The facility is clean, bright, and comfortable. Check-in was seamless, and Chickadee's checkup went very well. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Wenzel took time to answer all my questions and offered a lot of great info/care tips. Would love to keep going here for primary care for Chicka, but it is a great deal of a distance from where I live ? and wish they were closer. I will definitely keep this place in mind as an alternative.”

“My pom went in for his dental. Usually my vet does the cleaning but his k9 was lose, and I was referred there. Dr. Kim was awesome and comforting. She explained everything in detail and why he needed all his teeth remove. She was so sweet to both me and my pom. After the surgery, she sent me pictures of before, during and after, which I very much appreciate. I also like that they are very thorough with the pre-op. The front desk was very nice. Overall, I had a good experience. For improvement -- with the amount of money you pay, I feel like we all should have a red carpet treatment. As soon as you walk into the place, it says something about if your dog poop/pee, it’s your responsibility to clean up. I think they should have a warmer welcome sign. As a pet parent, I’m nervous as it is. If our dogs poop/pee, help us clean it up especially the amount we’re paying. While we’re holding our babies who could be in pain and nervous, let us just focus on that. My poms never poop and pee in a doctor’s office before, but I feel for other pawrents. Lastly, I do think the price is outrageous. It was almost $5000!”
