We worked with Rabia to transfer our service to Verizon. We basically had a game of musical phones going as we were getting a couple new phones and passing a couple to kids. (Oh and a watch was thrown in there too.) She was a knowledgeable professional and an absolute joy! It would be amazing if every business had customer service professionals like her. She was very patient and answered every question. This is a great start to our relationship with Verizon. I hope it continues.

Great experience at Verizon tonight with rabia she was so helpful and patient with myself and my daughter hanging out while we checked into a new phone and issue with my current one and she made the process so easy and less stressful for.me..she was lovely ! We started with Rabia to place an order for newest iPhones and iPad for my family. She made our first visit very pleasant. Then we went back to activate our new phones and Ahmed did a fantastic job. He did all the transfer on 4 devices effortlessly. The great duo made our experience with Verizon the very best. Thank you!

I’ve been to this store in specific 3 times and every time I’ve met the nicest people, both employees and other customers. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Rabia, the employee that helped today, made my phone transfer/trade in so easy and helped me get the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this store, I’ve never had a bad experience and would definitely make the effort to drive to this story in specific. Overall amazing people and service.
