At this fulton post office for the passport application, we had not the best experience. I had app for 11.15 am. I reached there approx. 11.35 am. However they did not take me as said I am late and they have next app scheduled at 11.30 for someone. No one showed up in front of me for the next appointment. Technically, the other person is late still they were ready to take them. So, left the place. Very rude people. The only reason I went there as this was the closest location.

We had passport appointments for my two sons. When we showed up, one older woman gave us nothing but attitude. She told us that the camera wasn’t working and that we should go up the street to CVS to take our pictures. However, later I heard her tell the coworker that the camera needed film and it would take 15 minutes to replace. We had an hour blocked off for our appointment, so could certainly wait for 15 minutes, but why wasn’t the caves ready for it appointment? We were on time. Then, despite having the documents as instructed on the forms, she told us in a very nasty tone that we needed to have drivers permits or drivers licenses for our sons as ID, one who is not of age to have either. I didn’t understand because we still had their active passports as IDs but instead of explaining, she just kept talking to us in a nasty tone, with an attitude like we were disrupting her nap or something.Do yourself a favor and go to a different city for your passport. Now I know why this place had openings soon where other places were booked up for weeks.

Received kind service, fast, and helpful. No wait time around 9:15am on a Monday. Knowledgeable associate. Also was around to see her take care of 2 people (one before & after me) and same standard USPS postal worker service you'd expect. I was worried because of the low rating but was hopeful to be writing a positive review. Nice new clean branch as well.

As a Amazon delivery driver I shouldn’t have gotten disrespected at all I pulled up to this location cause I had to mail something but when I approached the mailbox 2 ladies were emptying out the boxes so I wanted to handed my letter to them instead of putting it in the mailbox so the one lady snatched my letter out my hand and then I said have a nice day they were mumbling something under their breath if you don’t like your job or if you have something against Amazon employees don’t work this will be my first and last time ever going to this location

For some reason, they have taped over the openings to the mailboxes at the drive up. So now we have to park and walk in. Not at all convenient.

The ladies who waited on me were quick, helpful, and friendly. I had an international package and they helped me through all the customs forms and everything. I have never had a bad experience here as some have said. Sometimes there is a line during the holiday rush but they move fast and you can tell they’re hard at work. Very pleased with my visit.

The staff here is rude and slow and rarely helpful when I’ve needed them. They make you wait in a long line even if you already have your stuff ready to ship with paid postage. They insist on asking what is in every single package instead of just asking if there is anything potentially hazardous. The list goes on.Sad because I want to like this place and it’s just around the corner from my house but I would rather drive into Columbia to ship my packages from there even though that location has its faults too.USPS needs to get their stuff together and hire some people who actually care about being a kind and helpful human at work. I am sure it’s a tough job but I wonder how much of that would be better all around if they provided a better customer experience.

Super slow service. Waited in line only to get overcharged on my package, and when brought to the attention of the postmaster (Barbara), she was extremely rude and refused to correct their mistake. Awful awful awful, even by the Post Office's standards.

Rudest customer service I ever got from a usps, will not ever come back, would rather drive few more miles to other locations than come here. The lady that was there, just looks like she hates her job, and this is our 3rd time getting this kind of service, so yeah, never again. This location definitely need investigated and retraining for sure.

The rudeness displayed by the woman working makes the overall experience frustrating. On several separate occasions, she had an attitude for no reason. I now go out of my way to visit any other USPS location.

I don’t understand all of the negative comments. I am now approaching retirement and have been frequenting this location since I was a teenager. I have always found them to be reliable and efficient.

Postmaster Barbra Meyers Hides behind her Union MAPs . She is a typical Manager for the USPS I'm a retired Postal worker and I'm still have to deal with Management with NO Accountability FOR THERE ACTIONS AND THEY KNOW IT

Honestly the worst post office I've ever been to. I don't know what it is about this post office but the person, Barbara, who works here is incredibly rude and condescending. I only came to this post office because it was the closest. I noticed that Barbara was not only unpleasant towards me but the people who were ahead of me in line as well. The people in front of me were all nice and respectful towards her but she just responded in a very rude manner. I just thought whatever maybe she's having an off day. But looking at the other reviews it seems clear that multiple people have the same issue with the same person. After waiting for a while in the line, which is fine since it's a busy day, I already had all my mail passport renewal ready. Barbara tells me that I need an appointment for passports and I just told her I was trying to mail the passport. She then tells me to go back and get an envelope which I forgot to take from the cubby, she then makes me go to the back of line and wait another 15 minutes. Last time I was here to do a passport renewal by mail but I had a different employee and she was better. I didn't have to grab the envelope from the cubby and they actually have a stack of envelopes at the front. I don't know what Barbara's deal is for making me go back to the cubby and being condescending towards not only me but other customers.
