I appreciate the staff at this Truist location. I just completed a transaction with Ms Khan, and she was polite and professional. The other associates seemed friendly as well.

Worst bank Ive ever had money at seen employees get in verbal arguments with customers. Waited hours for service numerous times this year to get zero accomplished.the employees beg you when your leaving not to give the employee a bad review because they know how bad the bank is

## update: 1 month after they the nth time promised would mail to me the correct tax form within 5 business days, I still haven’t got it by now. At the point, I am convinced they just don’t care. ##Had issues with my 2021 mortgage interests, the number was apparently wrong. Called them at March, they admitted the number was wrong and promised correct for me, asked me wait 5 business days for a corrected 1099. Waited 5 business days, called again, asked me to wait a few more days. Eventually tax deadline passed, I was like 'forget it, these ppl can get nothing done, I don't want to waste my time on endless phone call wait anymore'.Today I went the bank to get some cash, the casher was nice and asked me whether I have other requests. I then mentioned my mortgage issue so she led me to another lady said she could help me. I thought she could help me solve the issue onsite! It turned out she could help me "call" the mortgage center. Of course after long waiting we got same result (yes, we saw you have a correction request back in March, but no result, I will resubmit the request for you, please wait 5 business days). What a mess! And what a good waste of my 30 minutes there.Let alone they messed up multiple times regarding my bill payments (by sending echeck). I called them, they told me this service is outsourced to a 3rd party company. What?! so things mess-up there has nothing to do with you, Truist bank, right? Anyway, I've spent enough time on phone call with them, nothing really got solved, they definitely have good reasons why things wouldn't work all the time.

Needed to perform a wire transaction. Took twice as long as it should have because the employee said my signature didn’t match what was on file. The stored signature has been on file for years and had never been questioned before this visit. I would think if they were going to scrutinize signatures they would have some sort of capture/scan/compare software but no, the employee just sort of eyeballed it and said it didn’t match. They were also apparently kind of new and didn’t know what to do to verify my identity. The end result was that a 15 minute transaction took over 30 and I was late getting back to work. This is the closest branch, so I either need to plan more travel time or plan for unexpected waits. This is not acceptable.

Terrible service. Never call back when they say they are going to, it’s happened two times to me in the last two weeks very disappointing.

Worst service. Teller was clearly available and told me to wait for the other teller who was clearly occupied. I waited for what felt like an eternity. No one said hello or even acknowledged my presence. Very dissatisfied with thus bank.

Suntrust Bank - Hickory Ridge in Columbia Md is Fantastic!! The Hickory Ridge Branch of the Suntrust Bank is a technically modern bank with that customer first, old fashion flavor. They still have a drive-thru, so you have that as a convenience. But the Hickory Ridge Branch has a great team.

Tellers are very friendly and quick.. They do ask if you want any products they offer, but when you tell them no, they respect your wishes .. Easy place to bank.
