I had an issue with an ATM and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Laura Kain. She was on top of it from the beginning and made sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. Thank you, Laura, for your exceptional help!

First time going to this branch but I happen to be in that are, went in to cash a check, and they have no tellers, they sent me to ATM outside. What the heck kind of bank doesn't have bank people working in it...it's a huge building also. Guess the building is just for show since they are "digital only"

Why does this branch exist? It’s basically an oversized ATM with no tellers.

We had savings accounts for all 4 of my kids here. Unfortunately the bank is eliminating the teller position and Saturday hours. They also don’t offer mobile deposits for savings accounts - so with no way to deposit holiday/birthday checks Ive closed all accounts and transferred them to Truist up the street.

Very bad customer service called to schedule notary appointment however the person answering phone was very rude and even though my husband has businesss account with them and I explained it's just one page and one signature to notorize and I live nearby she asked me to go to Bank of America and was rude to me for no reason

Can’t get basic services like cashing a check, making deposits, getting cash in different denominations. Sometimes we need different denominations like $5 bills which the ATM doesn’t dispense. And now they are closed on Saturdays and I need a check register.

It doesn’t help to have a neighborhood bank which cannot help with basic needs such as cash deposits and withdrawals. Yes, we’re moving towards a digital future but cash is still a very big part of our financial world. The ATM has limitations on overall cash withdrawals such as the number of bills withdrawn and denominations. This new bank model is not serving your customers properly.

Made an appointment day off, arrived 10 mins early, I had some documents that had to be notarized, an asian lady comes out and tells me she doesn't know if she can do it today and besides she was with a customer already and that would take time. I told I made an appointment but I was told to go to the post office, when I called, they do not notarize documents. I doubt very much if I'll be visiting this location as this is the 2nd incident that has happened.

My review has been long overdue! I opened up an account here a couple of months ago. I had the privilege of having Craig Dickerson answer my call and was able to meet me immediately. Not only that, but I arrived at the appointment 15-20 minutes late. Yet, he still took the time to avail me. You can tell he genuinely cares about every single individual who ambulates in. He endeavors his best to help overcome any obstacles that might emerge your way. He authentically gives it his best effort. It's hard to run across people that will genuinely care about you as a person, not just visually perceive you as another client. I've been to another PNC location and had a sublime experience there as well. But from everyone, his accommodations stood out the most. Overall outstanding customer service that I've ever experienced in a bank. I'll be perpetually profuse in gratitude.

The worst bank within the Maple Lawn! They should be replaced with other brands. I went in to break the $100 bill, but there were two representatives who told me that they are only doing cashless transactions on Saturdays for the customers and I said I am a PNC customer and they said they can't help me out. Waste of resources to have two representatives just sitting there and not having any customers. Might as well close on Saturdays instead of giving false impressions to their customers.

I would give this bank 0 stars if I could. I went to this location for a simple exchange of cash. I needed $100 in Ones and $100 in Fives. They said I need to be a customer to exchange denominations of money from their own ATM. I was considering opening a personal and business account with PNC but with the way they treat non-customers, I will be rethinking that. If you can't provide a simple courtesy to a non-customer, that's not a way to attract customers.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Scheduled appointment online, arrived to find the person I was supposed to meet is on maternity leave and there was no one to help us. Ask for the manger to call me to reschedule and was told “you’re not going to like this answer the manger is on leave” … zero stars.

Had what I think was a fraudulent ATM transaction in May. Starting in June (when I got my statement) I contacted the Laurel Branch then Maple Lawn when it re-opened. Was directed to fraud division which never returned calls and only sent me several notices that it was valid. I had asked Maple Lawn manager for more specifics because I'd never been to the place where the transaction was made plus I don't use my card for debit purchases. She asked a senior manager and fraud division to call me. Neither called me back, only sending one page note saying valid transaction. I even went so far as to send a letter to Bill Demchak, CEO, and no reply from his office. Obviously PNC doesn't care for me as a long-time customer. I'm cutting any more losses and moving to BB&T.
