Does not open at advertised time.No one was there, and the doors were locked when I went to pick up a dry cleaned suit today at 7:40 AM, which is forty minutes after there advertised opening. I spent a good five minutes knocking, and called their public number (no answer) before I had to leave in order to not be late for class. They shouldn’t advertise being open after 7am every weekday if they are not actually open at this time. I’m going to have to move other commitments around in my day to pick up my suit, as I need it by tomorrow.

Went for a tux pant hem adjustment on a rental. I was very clear to not cut and just hem. There was even a large rental barcode inside the pants. They cut the pants and it cost me $265. Woman behind counter was very argumentative and blaming me for their mistake. Very clearly their mistake and after multiple visits they only agreed to cover $135 of the cost. Do not use them!! Mistakes happen but no ownership of clearly their issue.

After reading some reviews, I had the seamstress hem a bridesmaid dress. Asked the lady to keep the material left from the hem after the cut because the bride needed it. She threw it away which was a huge disappointment for the bride who needed it to wrap her flowers. Seamstress did a great job but the lady who did the intake was not very professional and had a hard time understanding my requests. If you use, make sure she is VERY clear about what you want. Not sure I would use them again. Also (I did not catch the lady’s name who is usually there) the lady who does the intake will not respond well if you tell her she did anything wrong. Be careful!

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Take your dry cleaning somewhere else. I dropped off my custom tailored blazer on July 8th. They said it would cost extra because of the elbow patches. Sure that was understandable. Went back a week later and I noticed that the area around the elbow patch was now stained and pointed it out. The lady was going to let me walk out without addressing it. When I showed it to her she blamed the patches?!? Unbelievable!! I had to argue with her that they need to fix this because when I turned it in the stains were not there on both elbows. She called someone on the phone and convinced me that they will take care of it and I should come back next week. Week two I go back and now the blazer is not even there and they tell me the owner will call me. No one calls me! I called on July 30th (now week 3) and the owner says they had to clean it multiple times and even take off the patches, clean it and put the patches back on and it will be ready on the 31st….THREE WEEKS LATER!! I went to pick it up today and stains are gone but my blazer now feels like it’s been dry cleaned 10 times (very stiff and the softness is gone). I didn’t want to deal with them any longer and expected them to not charge me at this point and asked them not to because of the inconvenience. That turned into an argument where they said that it wasn’t their fault it took so long. And that there was no cleaning tag inside the blazer (it’s a custom trailered blazer…not a Macy’s Memorial Day Sale special!?!). She was dead serious trying to blame the blazer and the makers of it…LMBO. She would not compromise nor take any responsibility. More excuses were given to me but too much to write. So I paid the full price. Such a shame became this is a small business but they really need to learn how to provide better dry cleaning service and be trained on resolution management. Off to the BBB now.

I needed three pairs of pants lengthened. I was able to pick them up on time and they fit perfectly again. The crease where the old hem was located was steamed out and you couldn’t even see it any more. Very pleased with the results and I plan to take two more pairs in later this week.

I wanted to try a new dry cleaners so I decided to take my clothing to Maple Lawn Organic Cleaners. As a first time customer I was asked to pay the full bill without seeing the finished product. I do believe that this was done because of my race. This place is horrible. If this is their policy it should be posted clearly for everyone to see.

I took two shirts to have some of the buttons replaced and to have them cleaned. I waited a week only to find that the buttons were never placed on my shirts. The shirts were only cleaned. The times I went there, the people seemed very confused. Service mediocre at best.Service: Standard cleaning

They actually quoted me $400.00 to do simple alterations to a $80.00 dress. They were insulted when I said no, and removed all the pins from my fitting before I left. Went to the dry cleaner on Ice Crystal Drive and they did it perfectly in an hour for $45.00. Recently left my dry cleaning with Maple Lawn Organic Cleaners. When I went to pick it up, she rang me up, took my card, and said I didn't have to sign. She didn't tell me how much it was. I asked if I could please see a receipt so I knew how much she charged. She hestitantly gave it to me, and I was extremely overcharged. How do you run a business like this?

If you need alterations done on any clothing Maple Lawn Organic Cleaners is the place to go. They do an excellent job! The tailor is outstanding. I will be taking all my suits, blazers, shirts, pants and jackets to MLOC in the future.

They do a really great job with both dry cleaning and alterations. They are friendly and have helped me out more than once when I was on a tight time frame. They go the extra step! Highly recommend.

They are always so nice there. Excellent job tailoring even challenging rebuilt dresses. They also never charge me to fix the small things that come undone (like ballet shoes).
I appreciate how patient they are, even when I have a few children with me.
