I have been calling ideal clinic for about a month trying to get an appointment for my son, I have left several messages and several emails I have not received a return call or email.My sons surgeon has also called and emailed still no response (who ignores a doctor?) It’s very disappointing to experience the lack of professionalism and compassion towards children

Highly disappointed with Childrens National and we have not even been to our appointment yet. The red flags of how this hospital is run are very present in the intake process. The wait times to speak with a receptionist are very long. I waited on the telephone for 45 minutes only to be greeted by a rude person each time I called. The phone lines have static and delay and the people answering the line have a very poor attitude towards the caller. I called back to double check my appointment, because something didn't feel right, and they had my child's name wrong in the system. I was then transferred to a different department to have his name corrected and experienced the same things as mentioned above. I am worried about our actual in person appointment.

No one answers the phone and no matter what number is listed it routes you back to the DC line and no one picks up. 30 minute wait each time to schedule an appointment and I can't get anyone. How is this good care or service?

Terrible...I returned detailed paperwork talked to an intake person had an appointment. Called the day before because I hadn't heard back...left message...got there with my 8 yr old and not only no appointment but no availability for anything other than intake. Absolutely crazy. Back to square one with a struggling kiddo. :(
