I took my wife to this shop for a special fitting since she lost a lot of weight due to illness. The owner was so helpful and very friendly. She spent quality time with my wife and helped her order some additional items that were out of stock.

I was hesitant to visit the store knowing they might not carry my petite size, so called ahead to double check. They assured me that they carried "a variety of options," so I went in. My experience was fine, other than...they didn't seem to have my size. I told the sales associate what I thought my size was based on the "A Bra That Fits" calculator and she measured similar (both 28 band) but she proceeded to bring me a 30, and then when that didn't fit well, a 32. After many other ill-fitting 30s and 32s, I finally gave up. I wouldn't have minded as much if when she first measured me, she had said, "I'm sorry we don't have anything in that size," but to pretend that a wrong-sized band should work was not okay. I already have plenty of too-big bras in my life. Really, they should have told me they don't stock those sizes on the phone before I drove there. The store is nice and everyone was kind, and I'm really glad so many others find what they're looking for at this store, but beware if you have a petite frame/small band size.

Some of the other comments say the prices are high. They are compared to bras that don't offer any support like Victoria's Secret. Also, when I go to Macy's or similar stores to get a bra I have to try on 85 bras because I have no idea about the fabrics, support, etc. The employees know nothing about the products. I like Bra La La because I go in there and I say "I want a T-shirt bra that has no seams and has the best support"- and the employee measures me and gives me the perfect bra. The quality of their bras is the BEST. Do not buy 3 bras for $75 each that are terrible when you can pay $140 for 1 bra that is everything you need.

After the underwire in my second Victoria's secret bra this year broke I decided to come to Bra La La and I am so happy I did! Mary is absolutely phenomenal! She listen to all my wants and needs and found me two perfect bras that made me feel amazing! Will definitely be returning in the future!

This is a great place. It's expensive but the perfect place to find a bra for a "well endowed" woman. Lots of choices and cute bras. The people who work there are friendly as well.

Customer service and inventory are TOP TIER at Bra La La! My service rep - I hate that I forgot her name but I could have given her a tight big squeeze family hug - she saved my back and shoulders from being murdered by my boobies!! It wasn't my first time here and it surely won't be my last. Out of all the bras I bought I during my last visit, my fav was off the clearance rack.

Bra La La is a fabulous place to buy bras. Micah was so helpful, attentive and patient with helping me find a bra that was comfortable. She truly listened to what generally causes me tremendous discomfort with bras and gave me a number of different styles to try on that were different than what I usually buy. She was highly knowledgeable and was able to help me determine which bras fit and looked best on me. With her help, I was able to find bras that significantly reduced my discomfort and that were beautiful. If you ever go to Bra La La and want personalized help, I highly recommend working with Micah.

A lovely little store with fantastic atmosphere and service! They have a wide selection of plus-size bras and a very nonjudgmental attitude. Prices range around $60-$200 and everything feels high quality. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. My first time in today and Elizabeth was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what to bring, how to fit me, interested in what I liked and didn't. It was a truly personalized experience. Not pushy or pressuring at all. I've never had so many choices for a bra that fits and feels great. Usually I spend 9 months trying to find a single semi acceptable bra I have to caution bending over in. Today I had to make a wis list in my customer profile instead s because I liked so many wonderful things.

I went to Bra La La yesterday to get some bras that fit my new postpartum body and had a great experience. Mary helped me find exactly what I was looking for, showed me how a bra is supposed to fit, and tweaked and adjusted the different styles I tried on. I have a small band size and large cup size, and they carry my size and everything in between.

I had been a pretty dedicated customer for a few years now, but the last time I was there a few months ago the selection was limited, and despite walking out of there with three expensive bras only one I ended up wearing regularly. The staff seemed younger and less experienced as well. Could be part of a post pandemic hangover, but was a very different experience. Also my friend had issues with her order and billing.

My mother and I had a lovely first experience at Bra La La. Micah was a wonderful help finding bras that fit me better than any I have bought before. I am so grateful for Bra La La, and now that I know, I will not be going anywhere else.
