“A huge thank you to Grant's and, specifically, Lamar, for coming so promptly after my vehicle broke down. I urgently needed to get home due to family matters and they took my message to heart and came very quickly. Turns out I'd run out of gas after my fuel gauge malfunctioned. Lamar was able to put enough fuel in the tank to get me to a gas station. He was so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved without any stress or hassle. He also said he'd contact AAA himself to let them know that I didn't need to be towed so it wouldn't get charged to my membership. “We use Simpson's Towing for our fleet at Coastal Comfort. We unfortunately have calls often and recently Mike has been handling all of our work. Mike has been very communicative before and after the tow service, he calls to check if our driver's need to be taken anywhere, keeps us updated on the status as well as when the work is completed. Today, he called while en route and let us know he would try to jump the vehicle for us prior to towing. After a short period of time, he called to let us know it was an issue with the battery but he was able to start it and to leave it running for the battery to charge. He saved us from an expensive repair shop bill as well as downtime with the vehicle. It's hard to find good service and even harder to find good customer service, with Simpson's Towing you get great, professional services and excellent customer service.”
