Every time I show up, I have to look at who is working the register. If it's the woman with the dreads, I end up just leaving. She's just rude, ignores you if you say hello and overall just not pleasant to be around. The rest of the staff are great, though.

I went to return ps4 headphones, and it was easy as 123 to receive another pair (when you purchase insurance at initial purchase time.)
