My last appointment was for a regular sevice/oil/filter change with an appointment at 10A and I didn't leave until after 12P. This sort of delay appears to be typical (experienced it the last time I was there also). Other than that, they are very pleasant, do a good job, have a nice waiting area, and I'll return there the next time.”

And the low cost to get my car fixed has always been amazingly low and they are honest where as you go anywhere else and they charge you an arm and a leg, and tell you something needs fixing ,that doesn'tI was recommended by a friend who lives in Princess Anne, MdI dive from Fruitland i don't care how far i lived i would still travel to get my car fixed here its worth it ! “I needed a headlight bulb and to have it install, auto zone was awesome!!! I had contacted other places and they said no we don't install headlights, because some cars you have to remove the bumper, however, the young man at auto zone said let's have a look!! He was kind and patient with me!! He said yes I'll replace it for you.I am so thankful auto zone look before telling me no!!! I recommend auto zone in Delmar,md!!”

“Head salesman was unquestionably someone who knew his parts. For what they stock, this place is a swell alternative to the big box stores, I.e. AutoZone/advance auto. I personally can't stand AutoZone because they hire just about anybody! People who have no experience or parts knowledge whatsoever. So yes, I'd go to them to avoid the zombie type service you get at AutoZone.”

Heidi, The shop Manager is a Great Communicator with vast vehicle knowledge. Heidi always keeps me in the loop on whats going on and helps me understand what I need to know about the repairs and condition of my vehicle. Heidi is great about looking out for deals and making sure you get the best replacement part at the best price. Her Lead Technician Chuck is a Master at fixing things right the first time. There are no shorciuts taken, he is Fast and Efficient.. When they call you and let you know its ready, I feel reassured that the work is done correctly, my family will be safe in our vehicle, and I didnt get destroyed by the bill. This may be a small shop But they sure do win BIG in my book!”
