Extremely rude manager ! Don’t be one day late the manager jerry sturgis will have his employees stalk your house every day . Also that manager is very rude and ignorant when he calls you ! I would not recommend this location to anyone , especially with the manager they have there . Then the driver drops my tvs in the truck , which I’m sure he will blame us for that smh . This places is the worst place I’ve ever been to!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous that I've been given the run around about my refund since December 17, 2022. DO NOT pay over the website for furniture, pay it in the store since they claim it's different than paying monies at the store level. I would make all payments to them in the form of cash because this is ridiculous. They are a huge company that should know how to expedite a customers money just as fast they receive it!! Spoke to Jason on December 29th and still nothing as of January 4, 2023 at 4:28pm!!

I got a recliner from Aaron's and I've had it for like 4 months now and my arm hurts and keeps falling asleep I need to take it back cuz it's hurting my arm and hurting my hip otherwise there could be a great great place

I moved and they had to move my futniture. They sent ONE guy to move a couch and recliner. I come home from work and my recliner is broke. Its been over a month and i have not got a call to come fix it. I have called 4X. horrible
