The self checkout is a joke. Every too seconds you have to stop what your doing and wait until it's done doing whatever takes forever. Can't even clear the bags and put in the cart or the machine freaks out . Not only is the self checkout a absolute joke the employees stare at you complaining about everyone's machines going off but then if you have something on the bottom of your cart they make sure to run over and scan it regardless what you say because evidently it's a theft risk it's ridiculous I absolutely cannot stand going there anymore.

Store feels dated. To small, it's more of a last minute pickup, than a full blown grocery shopping endeavor. Staff are really friendly and pleasant though.

One of the most unprofessional businesses in Frostburg Maryland. As a part of the Sustainable Awareness Society at Frostburg State University, we scheduled a food drive to be held for a Saturday a month in advance. Multiple times as a club, we communicated how we could make this event possible. Five days before the event, we arrived at the store with flyers to be posted in the store to let people know the event was being held. The employee who took it said it would be put in the break room for the manager to look at tomorrow. On the day of the event, myself and multiple students interested in helping, were denied being told the manager could not approve of us holding an event planned a month in advance because she had not heard about it. We were sent out of the store and told we could not hold an event that would not only benefit the school but benefit them. Through trying to reason with them, all that could be given was a weak apology. Managers who are incapable of doing their job shut down a University event planned by the school. Do not support this store whatsoever.

Very nice well stocked store. They even sell items like "not chip Beef " but dried beef which is now subsituted for using for chip beef.

We were looking for a gluten free pie crust to make something for our grandson and they were the only store that had one. They had a nice area with gf stuff.
