“While recently traveling on 4th of July weekend, our car overheated. AAA had us towed to a garage that hadn't been in this town for 10 yrs. We took a chance and went to Timbrook Nissan. They went above and beyond helping us out. They called a car rental. Chris called us that evening and said it was just a broken hose. “We weren't planning on buying a new car during vacation but our daughter fell in love with a 2010 beetle that wasn't even ready for sale yet. The team worked over phone/text with us and within 2 weeks the car was meticulous, updated and decked out for transport. We live in northern Wisconsin so we had them ship it. Working with this company was easy, they're professional and every detail was put into this sale! I've never bought a car this way and was super leary, but I can't say enough good things about them! “What an amazing place to get tags, notary, title, and even buy a vehicle. The lady is the nicest around and great to talk to while you wait to finish what you need. I always call ahead to make sure someone is available or they are not too busy. You can get everything you want for vehicle services, and remember that some of the fees are not the fault of the owner. DMV puts some crazy fees out there.”
