Lifesavers ran into some truck issues that took us off the roads , And all I can say these guys came through quick and efficiently got us up and running in no time same day , really nice guys with excellent customer service and knowledge of deisel trucks ,we will definitely be using they service again when in the area would recommend to anyone in the area with any type of deisel

Excellent service! Squeezed me in and found my coolant leak, replaced my water pump and my truck was back on the road in no time. Only shop I trust with my diesel truck. There is other diesel garages closer to me but I will travel the hour and half away for the service I get at Shoe's.

I've always had an awesome experience with these folks. They saved the day and had me fixed up same day to get me back on the road and have always had things done in a timely manner after my first great experience with them. I've referred countless friends to Shoe's and I'll continue to do so!

If you have the time and resources to take your vehicle back multiple times to fix the problem, this is the shop for you. The first time, we brought the truck in for suspension. When we pulled out of the shop, we discovered we couldn't turn the wheel more than 10 degrees in the middle of the intersection. The second time was to fix an oil leak, and the truck left the shop in worse condition. Paid the bill and still have to take it somewhere else to be fixed.

I’ve had a couple maintenance items taken care of on my truck here. I do most of my own work but I trust these fellas. They made an honest mistake that cost my truck a wheel bearing and a hub but they made right on it and replaced both sides for me without even blinking. They stand behind their products and their work. Respectable.

I’ve been taking my 2008 F450 to Shoe’s for 2 years now. They have proven to me with a water pump issue at first and then other issues (It’s a 6.4 lol) that they are professional and know what they are doing. I won’t take my truck anywhere else.

I ordered and received my 2017 Ram 2500 Cummins in 2017 Shoe’s is the only shop that worked on it since I bought it.I had numerous things done to my truck by them and they’ve always worked with me for the best results.I currently have about 134k on the truck and it was 1st tuned in 2018 no issues.I drive over 2hrs for their service so that should say it all!!!

I was in the mountains on highway Jan 10,2022 . My Ram overheated and I had a horse trailer and 2 horses in it . I found one place and had a horrid man not help me but like a block away . Shoes so stop and they helped me . The counter guy ( who hates the cold and will not get his hands dirty lol ) sent out the nicest guy Noah . He helped me and told me things to do and it worked . I hope he gets the time to come to Michigan to snowmobile. U.P. Is great . Thanks for hiring great guys who know good service . And to add I was along way from home . I’m from Michigan . Where do i begin, i moved to the local area roughly 2 years ago. I had a lot of work i wanted done on my truck and these guys stepped up to the plate. We have literally done an entire cosmetic overhaul along with some performance. In between all these jobs there was some maintenance issues i needed and i couldn't have found a more well rounded shop. From the customer service aspect Brandon is your go to guy that wont steer you wrong, if he says it will look good ive learned to trust him. "You get what you pay for" if you want something done cheap then you will get equal quality work. I trust these guys 100% with my vehicle every time and the pricing. The other guys in the shop have never steered me wrong and have always taken care of me. Noah, Dave, and John are all knowledgeable, and will take care of your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop and always talk to my friends and coworkers about them. Keep up the great work gentlemen and thank you again for everything.

My ‘08 Duramax, 170 k miles, occasionally needs some maintenance. Truck has always run great and sometimes things just wears out. Shoe’s is great at diagnosing the issue and coming up with the right fix to keep my truck running and driving great. Thanks for your work and good recommendations.

Truck put us in limp mode, first exit was frostburg and these guys were luckily right down the road. Dropped everything to pull a code, then said they would try to fix, before we were finished lunch they had the truck done and ready to go rest of trip and is still running great! Can't thank these guys enough, clean office and shop, very knowledgeable and friendly and really saved us from a bad situation!

Took longer then they said and only did half the work I wants and the work they did ended up like this a couple weeks later wouldn't recommend anyone to take their pedal bike there over priced and under experienced and said they could take a broken bolt out and ended up putting it together without even trying. Left an exhaust leak and set a programmer maxed out I assume for job security
