Told me my prescription would be filled within the hour. Came back an hour & a half later to be told it just needed to be processed by the provider, who was giving vaccine shots. Was told it would be ready in 4 minutes. 4 minutes turned into 15; my friend had a class & we had to leave without the prescription.Called them an hour later to check on the status of my prescription, it was still being processed & no staff answered the phone.It's very difficult as a college student to make time for errands like this, especially when sick, and I am very disappointed with the lack of service.

I have been trying to get prescriptions filled. The prescription I need is on a shortage. I called and asking if they would be able to fill it and they said yes. I called again after I had my doctor send it with a follow up call to see if they could fill it and come and pick it up today. They asked if I had used them before and I said yes. Then they asked if I had insurance which I said no at which point their entire attitude changed saying that due to shortage we are not certain we be able to fill this prescription for new patients. What?!?!?After them asking a bunch of unrelated questions. It was clear because of the shortage they will only fill out prescriptions to INSURED patients only because they can charge more. As I am writing this review I received a message stating that my prescription was delayed due to and insurance issue.What they are doing is discrimination for higher profits. To me that should be illegal and if it is I will be perusing.

This store is going down hill which is really sad. It is not the company it is the people that work in the pharmacy. These people are lazy and care nothing about customer service at all and are not willing to put in the time to help anyone. When rite aid was bought out they should have replaced everyone in the pharmacy as well. I asked for help to locate an over the counter drug and they said I needed a prescription for it and that they had to go to lunch. This is the same medicine advertise in the app as not needing a prescription oh well I just bought it on amazon instead.

Never had problems when this was a Rite Aid. Not all staff in the store are wearing masks over their nose and mouth (while handling your meds!). Have been billed different amounts for the same Rx, with different responses from the staff regarding the issue.

After years of frustrating experiences with this particular pharmacy, I've finally reached the last straw. My prescription was called in for me twice, and both times I was told that it was never received. Besides that, the girl working the pharmacy was extremely rude. I have officially taken my business to PharmaCare of Frostburg, where my prescription was filled less than an hour after receipt. Won't be missing Walgreens a bit!

Frostburg, MD store...service is awful! First day,I was ignored through the pharmacy drive up window one day for 15 minutes. Then, when finally got served, she was out of sight for another 15 minutes and didn't produce my request, nor tell me differently when I finally received my Rx. Next visit: ignored in the store and was treated like I was a bother, as I was asking questions about a product at the pharmacy about an ear tx. \"Go ask the front cashier. We don't stock the shelves.\" WTH?!!!! Then the front cashier acted with the same curtness...\"Not all Walgreens stock the same products\"... Really? Then why do you not state this on your promotion of these products? I never feel supported in this store, nor on the phone with the pharmacy!

Very bad, because the associate waiting on me is totally incompetent. He took forever just get my script then when he rung me up he took the receipt from register to put in clipboard to sign for my meds (drivethru) turns around and laughs and socializes with another associate with that receipt in hand and my meds on counter to give to me. I waved my hand like hey I'm still here!!!! Nothing happens. It took damn near a 1/2 hour in drivethru because of this guy. Anyone concerned enough to investigate it was tween from about 7 til 30 whereabouts this was all going on...
