Great pharmacy our whole family has been here for years. They have done amazing when something hasn’t been sent they are right on it. Meds filled in a timely manner as well as always professional and polite. So great full for the staff at Frostburg location!!

They were robbed several years ago by gunpoint . But when my doctor wrote my meds for 3 months Pat was mad and was complaining that he was not going to fill my prescription for 180 ( 30mg. Oxycodone ) He said that so that everyone heard him . There were many customers waiting who all heard him .Pat saying that had put my life in danger because if the wrong person heard him say that , they would not rob me like they were at gun point they would follow me and kill me for my medicine .It is not right for him to endanger customers and second guess doctors . He is rude and has argued with doctors many times about prescriptions .Who needs a pharmacist that is so reckless and rude ?

There’s nothing like a small town pharmacy. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. On days I’m not feeling well they bring my prescription right to me. They are always fast and great with communication.They stock a great supply of over-the-counter medication’s, CBD products and even local chocolates!!I left CVS pharmacy because I got tired of feeling like a number when I found Pharma care of Frostburg. I’m never going back to a chain pharmacy again!!

Best place to go but only the frostburg Maryland location one in lonaconing Maryland I don't recommend they act like your business is an inconvenience to them.

Always professionalAlways going :the extra nine yards" for their customers...AND they recognise you by face, and greet you by name. Betcha you won't find that in bigger cities. :)

We get all of our prescriptions and vaccinations here because the customer service goes above and beyond what we would ask. They truly give you that personal, hometown service you want and they make you feel appreciated. Whenever there has been an issue with a doctor's office or insurance, they go out of their way to resolve it quickly. I only wish I had switched to PharmaCare sooner. Also, I work with clients who have developmental disabilities. One of them occasionally needs me to help him pick up his prescriptions here and his walking in is really something to see! They treat him like he's the Mayor and he leaves with a huge smile on his face, every single time. If you're not already a customer, you'd do well to become one. Cheers!
