I was needing to find a good shop to bring my car to, as my radiator went out a few weeks ago. I saw langleys was near campus, as I live on campus, and need to be able to walk back to class. I chose them for that reason. Car was towed, and they fixed it, as it would seem.
This last Friday, after a week or two of running around with the new radiator and thermostat in my car, it was spewing coolant. I drove it back over, and at that point was very frustrated. I did call beforehand, and let them know about the problem. They said bring it back, we will check it out soon. I thought soon meant Friday (the day of). No; instead of Friday, I am still waiting for them to even get to inspect my car. They did a quick look on Friday, but only said the thermostat was stuck. They already had replaced it with the installation of the new radiator. I need my car to make money, as I am a doordasher, and not having a reliable shop is a problem. I don’t want to bash small shops, but this one is unfortunately not working out. I have heard great things about red ridge near the frostburg freeze. If you value your money and time, go there. Im unfortunately stuck with langleys at the moment, as they are responsible for the replacement of the thermostat again.

Langley's Auto provided amazing service. My car broke down on the side of I-68 over a weekend. I had my car towed to Langley's based solely on reviews and boy and I am glad I choose them! I live far away from where I broke down and we had to manage the repairs via phone. Jason was great about explaining all the work that was needed with an accurate estimate, providing me with a warranty that I could use by where I live, and even cleared my car from snow when I picked it up on a Sunday! The price for the repairs was very fair and Jason is very trustworthy. If they weren't so far away I would use them for all my car care. Don't hesitate to reach out to Jason and his team, you will be happy that you did!

I had my sparkplugs and ignition wires replaced and oil changed and they did their best to complete the job as soon as possible for me. The following day, the battery up and perished and the car wouldn't start. Due to the holidays, I couldn't get in contact with them (since they just weren't in the shop. They later notified me of how I could better get into contact with them for future reference) until my aunt left a zealous review on my behalf and they got back to me as soon as they saw it- not because it was a particularly bad review but because they genuinely wanted to help. They came to my home asap to help free of charge and they were very friendly and professional. Within the hour, the car was up and running again. I greatly appreciate their service and I would recommend this establishment to anybody.

Even during the business of the Holidays, and wanting to spend time with their own family, Langley's came to help me out with some car trouble. They were able to get me up and running so I could spend time with my family this Christmas. They really do put the customer's needs first, and I am very grateful.

Can't even begin to explain how amazing Langleys was. . We were on a family trip and stranded and Jason and his crew took us in and got us on our way in less than a day when everyone else would have taken a week or more. Good price, great service and amazing people that work here. We made it home to Wisconsin! Thank you again Langley Auto!! 5 ⭐ Stars isn't enough. We won't ever forget what you guys did for us, he even dropped me off and picked me up from my hotel when my vehicle was ready!
